As well they should... If we saw anything last year, we know that if the Bears D is on the field 35-40 minutes a game, the can get tired and give up the big plays late in a game. If the Bears are a net plus in time of posession, they will not lose.

Well this week will go a long way towards Da Bears telling the rest of the NFL whether they are really as good as they have looked for the past two weeks, or if the Packers/Lions were just THAT bad.

I still can't believe the Bears aren't in the top 5 at least... I know it was only Detroit and Green Bay, but is still isn't easy to dominate two different NFL teams the way that they did in back to back weeks. I guess we wait and see the game against Minnesota before we get really upset about their rank.

As long as Grossman stays healthy, there will be no arguing with him. The nice thing for this season is even if he does get hurt, we have a real live NFL QB on the bench instead of some beauty school dropout. Harris is just in a whole nother world with his ability.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. Its like they know with the talent they have on defense, all they have to do is avoid giving up the home run ball, because eventually someone is going to make a BIG play for them (sack, INT, fumble etc).

Its amazing how Angelo can find guys like this, but can't find a first round draft pick to save his life.

Nice work. I think you did hit squarely on the one looming question that most people have, and that is the running game. I know that with the success of the passing game that they haven't been too worried about it. I think another big factor in that is that teams are still stuck in 2005 and earlier where the only offensive thread the Bears had was the running game. I think with the success of Sexy Rexy, you'll see more teams quit adding the extra guy in the box to take away Rex, and force the running game to beat them.

Journeyman QB? Kitna might not be a star, but the guy is pretty solid, plus he has one of hte best offensive coordinators of the last 20 years in his ear now, which doesn't hurt.

The defense is actually looking better to me this year because the O is staying on the field more, and allowing the defense to catch its breath.

What a complete win there. Pretty much ever part of the segment of the Bears was firing on call cylinders... Now we finally get a real test with Minnesota. If we in that game, lock up the the division, its ours.
