Ill say right off the bat if we dont have waivers we cant have a set time to start picking up FA because theres no difference to having no set time then. Peoples availability to be in front of a cpu will always be different so it has to either be let them pick up FA whenever they want or just have waivers. Please reply to this post with waivers or no waivers. I personally vote no waivers and leave it how it is. Issue two. Roster size. A few people wanted smaller rosters. What I propose is we drop the WR/TE flex position and make both the WR/RB flex spots WR/RB/TE and then we drop TWO bench spots. So let me know if you are for this idea, want to keep it the way it is or have something else in mind.

Alaskan Grizzly has replaced NFO and we still need devildogs to accept the invitation. Also, since the draft order is set I need people to start thinking about keepers.

You were in 9th but Nopper who was in 10th won a playoff game so he finished ahead of you.

Also, were missing the DevilDogs and Black&Blues brothers. Anyone know or heard from either of them? If we dont hear from them in a few days we will have to replace them.

Does anyone oppose to reverse order? It makes the most sense to me tbh. Ill abstain from voting because Im the commissioner but Nopper said he prefers reverse order and would be ok with trimming down rosters. First and foremost, does anyone have any issues with either of these ideas?

Ok, were missing two owners, I will try to figure out who they are on the forum, if theyre on here. If I dont hear anything in a few days we will need to replace them, we already have some interest so that wont be a big deal. Mad feel free to post any ideas you have in here or on the yahoo page. So any ideas you guys have lets hear em. Also, I need two volunteers to help select the draft order. I need one person to assign each team a number 1-10 and then I need one person to randomize numbers 1-10 and make a draft order, not knowing what number represents what team. So if you are willing to help with this let me know and we can get it done sooner. We wont have a problem doing it before the last 2 owners are found either because we can just use the name of the team from last season for now to find the order and if we need a new owner they will have that roster to pick a keeper from anyway so it wont matter.

Its not the craziest thing Ive heard. I dont know why so many people hate this signing so much. Hes not the first wr I would have went after but he is better then the wr's we have and fills a need. So if it was between going into the season with the same wr's or adding Williams Ill take Williams.

Olsen may not have been as great as we hoped when we got him but its not like he has been a bust. Hes led the team in receiving td's the past 3 seasons. To dump him for a pick when were already hurting for weapons on offense doesnt make any sense.

The United Club seats are really overpriced. I had tickets to 2 games last season in there and the perks dont outweigh the additional cost. You have to pay a ton for the buffet also. Basically it lets you in the stadium early to buy $8 beer. Unless you want to sit inside and watch on a 19 inch tv theyre a waste imo.

Its a $20/25 keeper league with 1 keeper. So far it looks like all the owners are going to return. I wouldnt mind trying to help set up a 2nd one if there was enough interest.

Well I suppose its time to get this going. For starters we need to confirm who is returning and if anyone from last season doesnt wish to join this year we need to find a replacement. I will also send reminders through yahoo. So for the time being if you were in the league last season just let us know what you plan to do and we can also discuss any rule changes anyone wants to propose. A few people also have a $5 credit towards this season which we will straighten out when we get all our owners. Also, anyone new and interested in a free league let me know and we can organize that, or potentially another pay league with enough interest.

Why should the Bears have taken a developmental QB there? Isnt that what Hanie is and has been? The Bears have so many holes and have already lost a 4th rounder and made a huge reach at safety. To only have 1 o lineman and no wrs at this point is ridiculous.

Honestly, since at least now the Jets cant win I dont care all that much. I just REALLY didnt want the Jets to win.

This is kind of where I am at now. I suppose I just wish he would have been cheering or at least doing whatever he can to help Hanie when he had a chance. Im still not sure how to take all of it. Im upset about the loss and hate wondering what if. I take some solace in the fact that I think Hanie did better then what Cutler had been doing and maybe if Cutler stayed in we would have been routed. The 2 series with Collins were infuriating though. It was two completely wasted possessions with decent field position. The reverse on 3rd and 3 off a wasted time out that should have been used on 4th down was also frustrating. It was great watching Forte playing without fear and showing us he can be the back we envisioned when we drafted him. I was also really impressed with the statement the D made in the second half and how they kept us in the game. The guys in there left it all on the field and with that I am happy. I think this whole season went a lot better then anyone thought.
