Well, first off I believe there will be football this year. I think the defense will be ok. The way they stepped up in the second half was inspiring. They still need some help with interior defensive lineman and could definitely use a stud FS and another corner. They still desperately need a go to legit WR. Greg Olsen has been improving and has looked like he could potentially be a bailout target for Cutler but is still very inconsistent. They also still need offensive line help, most notably at LT.

I completely agree with all of this.

I have been overly loyal to Bears players I liked over the years no matter what. I still to this day defend Grossman and always supported him. I LOVED Jay Cutler. But this is something that would make me lose any and all respect for a player on the high school level. This is a heartless, gutless display of a bitch.

I really disagree about the offensive line. Considering how we started the year and what weve grown to expect I figured the O line would be a lot worse. theyre not great, but weve had some running lanes and Cutler has had some times for the most part. The issue is more WRs not getting open and Cutler making too safe of throws when it appears he has time to throw just so he doesnt throw a pick (until the end of the half).

Bears arent playing their game. Theyre playing not to lose and way too safe. Its simply not them. This is the first time in two years Ive seen Cutler have time to plant his feet and make a strike and miss numerous throws. Its just not our game. When the game started I was in agreement that we need to force them to beat us on the ground, and they are. Now it appears the Packers will take anything we hand them. So its time to line up, take some chances and do what it is that got you to the NFC Championship.

Jerry Angelo has done just about the worst job drafting players of any gm in the NFL. Even though Lovie gets on our nerves at times its actually impressive he has had some success with what he has been given.

Give Cutler some blocking, a running game and a real WR or two and these turnovers wont happen. He was taking some chances in the 2nd half, and he made some bad throws but he has nothing to work with. Anyone who thinks all these turnovers are on Cutler is out of their minds. During the Sunday Night game watch what Moss does when a pass is thrown to him when hes covered. Even if he cant get it he will break it up, not stop running and watch it get intercepted.
