  1. yes his contract is an nfl record LINK: http://espn.go.com/blog/ChicagoBears/post/...ffords-contract
  2. what i want to see is the bears maybe make a play at jamal williams i know he is kinda old but he is a big guy and would be a great stop gap for a year or two to play next to our 3 weather it be tommie or some one else, we have been looking for a nose tackle and this guy is a perfect fit http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4966109
  3. Joe Cullen, Marinell's defensive line coach when Marinelli was the head coach of the Detroit Lions, was spotted at Halas Hall last week and could take over the Bears' defensive line from Marinelli. Im glad the bears think it's wise to bring the whole 0-16 lions staff over, i mean seriously how do any of them still have a job in the nfl and why are we talking to any of them
  4. Well what i think he is trying to say is that our oline improving is beyond anything we have on our roster at the moment. The rest of the team just needs to realize our oline sucks and will suck for the rest of the year

    1 Pro-Bowler

gotta love how Brendon Ayanbadejo, yet again makes the pro bowl as a special teamer
  6. i would be impressed if this wasn't on rookie, and the bears do not dominate in this game
  7. did you not see what he did in the pre season as a kick returner, i dunno something like avg 44 yards a kick return... now i understand he probably ain't the smartest db out there but he does have skill and besides who else you gonna put at nickle corey graham.... hahaha rite. So rite now DM is our best option at nickle, and honestly our best option at returner...
  8. i went to SIU... Nick was a good qb, he has quick feet, can move around the pocket, can scramble to get youa couple more yards. i would say he doesn't make the best choices when throwing the ball, but if you coach him im sure he'll get better. Good smart kid, who is athletic. And for SIU being more of a "Party" school, i never saw nick out, except maybe once
  9. yeah well i gotta see flacco play down here in carbondale, and honestly he was throwing the ball fine, his release wasn't to long, he could move around the pocket just fine, he even hurt his leg in the second quarter missed a series came right back out after that and just destroyed our secondary
