  1. This defense is decimated by injury. We are lucky to be in this game. Peace
  2. How has McCown played since he left the Bears? I like Hoyer but I don't see him as a long-term answer. Draft a QB next spring. Peace
  3. Penalties have killed them today. They have got to clean that up. Peace
  4. Hoyer could be a placeholder for next year but they must draft a QB and move on from Cutler. Peace
  5. Barth needs to go. He is awful. Peace

They better hold tryouts this week. Peace
  7. Unfortunately, he is most likely a bust through no fault of his own or the Bears. As stated above, he had a clear injury history in college. He looked as if he was just about to break out. We will have to wait on everyone else. Peace
  8. It is way to early to judge either of Pace's drafts. This class has only played 4 games. Wait until at least 2 years for each draft. Peace
  9. Agreed - they have both played great. The only drawback is I believe they are both on the wrong side of 30. Peace
  10. Cool! Peace

The thing to remember is a top 3 pick in the 1st round is also a top 3 pick in every other round, and the Bears are desperately in need of talent. Peace

Not sure how this guy is better than Robbie Gould? I would assume we will see a new kicker next year unless he turns it around soon. Peace

Cutler has 177 turnovers in 138 games. NFL teams do not win when they turn the ball over like that. Cutler's time with the Bears should end this year. Peace

I didn't get a chance to ask him but I think he knows he's done. Peace

I thought this would be cool to share. Dez was a guest on one of our shows at the community radio station I volunteer at. Peace

He was just fired at LSU. He has coached at OC level for multiple years in the NFL. Any interest? Peace
  19. Connorbear replied to AZ54's topic in Bearstalk
Agreed - we need healthy players, and our play calling sucks. Peace

I think Langford will be out for at least a couple of weeks so you should have your wish. Peace
  21. I wouldn't mind that. Part of me is starting to think he is not the right guy for the job. Peace
  22. Hoyer can be the caretaker next year if we draft a QB in the first round. Cutler makes way, way too many mistakes for this team to win. Peace
  23. This team will not win more than 3 to 4 games. They simply do not have the talent. Playoffs dreams, or even .500, are simply ridiculous. Peace
  24. Turn out the lights, the party's over. The rest of this year is about getting ready for next year. Peace
  25. Fangio is playing without five projected starters - Goldman, Fuller, Trevathan, McPhee and Amos. Plus, they lost Houston for the year. He led the team in sacks last year. I will reserve judgement on Logains until the end of the year. So far, I am not impressed. Peace
