  1. Yeah, I'd move him back. Peace
  2. It sucks to lose but, given playoff chances are out the door, I would much rather have the 10th pick or better than 19. Peace

Trade Bennett. I would be happy with a 5th or 6th round pick. If Forte is willing to sign to a team friendly 1 or 2 year deal, then keep him. Otherwise, move on. Peace
  4. Move him in the offseason. We should at least be able to get a 5th round pick for him. Peace
  5. He needs several more home runs. Peace
  6. If he plays this year, it's an incredible bonus. We already have four starters from this years draft plus input from several undrafted players. I would say Pace is ahead of the curve at this point. Peace
  7. Gould has made more field goals than the Bears have touchdowns this year (26 to 25). That should tell you the problem. If you are continually not converting red-zone trips into touchdowns, then eventually the kicker is going to miss an important kick and you are screwed. Peace
  8. I didn't. Peace
  9. Let's get the facts straight: - He was a perfect 15-15 in the first 6 games of the year. - He then missed one against Minnesota and 2 against SD. - He then made nine in a row before missing the last 2 yesterday. There is no question that he cost us the game yesterday. He was the first one to admit it. He has still made 83.9% of his kicks this year. He also is 5-6 from 50+. I'd be careful looking for a change here. I can remember when the Bears went through a kicking carousel under Wanny and then got rid of Edinger for Doug O'Brien whom they cut after half a season. Peace
  10. He had made 15 in a row before the kick he missed against Minnesota. He is not the reason they lost that game. Peace
  11. He cost us one game this year. The Viking miss happened earlier in the game. They had plenty of chances other than that to win. Peace
  12. Gould is 26-31 this year (over 80%). He made 15 in a row to start the season and 9 in a row before missing the 2 yesterday. He had a bad game. He cost us the game but he has not lost it. Peace
  13. It's nice that we won but Fox should have gone for it on fourth and 1 to put the game away. I hate leaving the game in Rodgers hands. Peace
  14. He should have been cut after the Seattle game. Peace
  15. The Packers are losing because their offensive line is horrible and Rodgers is getting the crap kicked out of him. Peace
  16. Now we know why the kept Miller on the roster, and Langford sealed Forte's fate today. Peac
  17. 17 out of 20 this year. He still is better than every option available. No reason to change. Peace
  18. Robbie is now in a funk. Peace
  19. I hope he's not out more than 1 or 2 games. That being said, I want to see Langford get more playing time. Peace
  20. Absolutely agree 100%. Peace
  21. This is a bad team. They were not going to make the playoffs. This year is about finding players to keep for next year and seeing if Cutler can play in this offense. I hate losing games like this but I want to win a Super Bowl. I don't want to be 7-9 to 9-7 every year. Peace
  22. Forte will not be back. They will not sign him to a long-term deal which is what he wants. He has been a terrific player for the Bears, but he is 30 now. I can see justifying a short term contract for him (1 to 2 years) but, again, that won't happen. Peace
  23. Glad to see them act quickly and dump him right away. Keep moving forward with the youth movement. Peace
