In 1st round I would like Pouncey. But I no longer want Nate Solder. I have been reading that he isn't as fluid as some of the others and his stock has been dropping. I fully expect Carimi to be gone as I believe he is the best OT on the board. Another person I wouldnt mind having is Anthony Castonzo from Boston College.

The only reason Cowher has a ring is because the Rooney family is so damn loyal is sickening. Take a look at years 6, 7, and 8 for cowher. Those were all really bad years and in todays game he would have been fired. I like Cowher but most people using there brains would have known Cowher nor Fish werent coming here to begin with. Even if all coaches were fired after this year. This Offense is a work in progress and needs continuity, and this Defense, although its aging is very good and does have some youth on. This draft is good for Oline and Dline and instead of some people on here I am hoping JA finally hits it big time in the draft especially if he consults Tice for Oline in the 1st rd. Also another good thing about this extension is that it ties Lovie and JA together. Therefore both could be gone at the end of the 2013 season.

I find it hilarious u guys are talking about getting 8 games out of him when he's only played in 9 games over the past 3 yrs combined. IMO I would be ok with close 2 league minimum with big $$ tied up in incentives based on stats and playing time

I agree. And to think that rumor has cincy using the franchise tag on him. I admit he's been a good addition for them but can't imagine paying him that much

I agree this lockout hurts everyone. I have heard several teams have already started laying off some of their sales people as well. We all know that a deal will get done but the question is when.

For what its worth. Plax's agent has said that he his is very good shape. Of course the question will be can he still play at a productive level after being gone for 2 years and hes not exactly young anymore.

Overall I like your idea except I kringe at the thought of Webb protecting Cutler's blindside. I would rather see Williams back over there instead of Webb. I am not taking anything away from Webb as I do like him but I think he is our future RT.

I would tend to think so considering how badly his system failed in the 1st half of the season. As soon as he went more balanced and started to use Forte we all saw what could become on offense. It also helped that the oline seemed to gel together a little.

I agree with not trading for anyone at this time. Especially considering we don't know what the CBA will look like. It will get done but its all a matter of what it will look like in the end.

Yeah, I agree, I wouldnt mind taking a flyer in the 5th rd or later. Alot of those picks dont seem to pan out any ways so why not try. In a way though I hope the new CBA continues with the 4 pre season games so these late flyers and practice squad guys are given a chance to prove themselves. If they go down to 2 games none of them will ever see the field and it would be such a shame then.

Your right, until this coaching staff can prove to us that they are willing to give guys a chance its hard to know what to think. Especially if the new CBA cuts the preseason down to 2 games thats when these guys will never be given a shot.

I like this signing. Seems like he could a good find. Looks like from those videos that he has some good hands. What type of speed does he have does anyone know? Coming in from the CFL you know he will be out to prove his worth as well unlike some others that come into the NFL and sign the big contract and then sit.

Someone had posted about this guy but couldn't find it anymore. See what happens when I'm on the road so damn much. I read Wes Bunting's take on this guy and I just don't know what to think about him. I absolute love his size, speed and the fact he uses his body well to shield defenders but Wes also mentioned how the guy is constantly hurt all the time, he shy's away from contact and when he is about to get hit he takes his eyes off the ball, the major problem that I have is that his hands are good either. I think what Cutler needs, besides an Oline that can protect him, is a WR like Brown who has the size but doesn't mind go over the middle but more importantly he needs to trust that the WR will catch the ball if he puts it there. I don't know what projections are for him but I am not using a 1st or 2nd for him. Just can't jusitfy it especially with is long list of character issues and injury issues. Funny that 2 of the 3 likes the GB. I wonder how much they like them now that the only reason they won is because Detroit made the stupid mistakes that GB made against us last week. Rodgers threw 2 picks and it could have been 3.

I like Forte but I would go mcfadden especially with the way he is running right now.
