This is stupid made up crap that media is starting. I've liked brad biggs but whoever started this rumor should be fired ASAP. There is no room for this crap

I only want the defensive starters to play 1 or 2 series. And I want to see the 1st team offense stay in for a good sustained drive, even if they don't score but no more than 3 series. I'm looking at the oline specifically though to see the continuity.

I have no problem with it. Orton has been getting shafted his whole career and he just now spoke up about it and what he said was absolutely true. He helped us win 10 games and division his rookie year when forced into action because of injuries and then he became the 3rd string the nxt year. He then works his butt off and finally beat out Grossman and was an avg qb for us and then he rewarded by being traded. He then put up good #'s his 1st year in den and looked like a guy to build around instead mcdaniels and company traded up, and gave away quite a bit to draft Tebow and we all know if ur 1st rounders are being drafted to be the guy at that position and don't forget he had great rapport with brandon Marshall and they sent him away. The guy simply can't win no matter what he does. He's being screwed here cuz as soon as slips even a little bit he will be pulled for Tebow, who no one believes in. Brandon Lloyd even spoke out in favor of Orton.

Your right about the media and the shiny new toy. What fun would it be to pick the same team as everyone else so people are always looking for that darkhorse team. Just look at how long the media has been preaching about Houston but they are yet to even make the playoffs. Every seems to think that Detroit will finally turn that corner and take the NFL by surprise. Everyone is looking out for them because they have made some great moves the past couple of years but until Stafford can prove to get through a Bears game let alone an entire 16 game schedule I am not convinced. They will only go as far as Stafford takes them, no on else matters more than him.

Hey Grizz last year we kept 5 receivers. DA, hester, knox, bennett and Davis. We have kept 5 for the past several seasons if my memory serves me correct, but I'm hearing that if Dane keeps this up especially in games we could easily go to 6 especially now after Olsen was traded

From the very little I know about the kid. I've heard he isn't fast per say but his exceptional route running and great hands makes him deceptionally fast. I guess the kid did run track back in high school and won state in the 400 meter

Yeah I heard he showed up to camp at near 300 lbs which his playing weight last year was 260. So he was able to add 40 lbs without losing speed, quickness and toughness that he had. This could be huge considering his motor only runs high. I'm very much intrigued

Exactly. Everyone drops balls. Some more than others of course. Does Knox have any incentives in his contract based on playing time or starts. Honestly I think getting Williams is good news for Hester Bennett and Knox because although Williams Is inconsistent and his hands are not great he has proven to be a weapon and defenders must at least respect his ability which could open things up even more for the other receivers and Forte could have another HUGE year and from what I've heard we should expect his extension to be done b4 regular season starts

I really like this kid and I think if he is given the chance he could really succeed with Martz. I am excited to see him in some real action coming soon.

If I was the one setting up the depth chart I would have Williams at the 1, Knox at the 2 with Bennett at the 3. But the question is does it really matter because in this system Martz routinely runs 3 and 4 WR's out there on most plays so I don't see the issue plus this put a light under Knox as you know that he will won't to be paid as his contract will be expiring in a couple of years. I've also heard that with Danniel Manning gone he will be our primary kick return guy.

That's how it is it seems with a lot of people. I am sure come regular season games that NFO will be back. During the off season I am not on very much either. Its tough for me cuz the only way for me to check in during the week is my phone and lately I've been on the road for 2 straight weeks before I come home for a week. And just an FYI, next sunday the family and I will be taking off for vacation. A very much needed 1 for sure. I'm hearing that the Seachickens asked Lofa to take a pay cut. He said and has now asked for him release and it sounds like the team will relunctly release him. I'd like to bring him in. Briggs, Urlacher and Lofa would be a. Very dangerous trio and he does have ties to Ruskell.

All of these moves are good moves. Low risk with potential for HUGE return, but of course it will also all be for nothing if we can't upgrade the oline. I'm not worried about LB and CB. CB just isn't that big of a priority in our defensive scheme as long as we r putting pressure on the QB. And with Briggs and Urlacher at LB we can put almost anybody nxt to them and we will be fine and Roach has been resigned and he even said himself that he expects the front office to bring in a veteran for competition

Once I realized that this probably spells the end for Taylor it made complete sense. I like all of the moves so far. Every move has been with low $$ and nobody hasn't received more than 2 years. Low risk but possible for huge return from most of these guys. I'm loving the way the offense is shaping up and could be very dangerous but we must continue by getting some olinemen

Zach Zaidman just tweeted that we have signed Marion Barber. I like Barber but this move confuses me. Can anyone make since of this move
