  1. Same here. Just sad that what I was once so happily passionate for has dwindled to this.
  2. Wims has to be dumped. Shite, we could be tied, and he is a high paid pro. Dump his stone hands arse.
  3. Askum, come on, this is the NOT FOR LONG league. It is always now. And we are, somehow, in the now. LOL I'll take it and I so hope the Puckers come to see us with something on the line.
  4. You must be too young to remember 1969, 1972-5. And now here we are again. No Papa Bear to find us a Ditka and Ryan to lead us to another title.
  5. Loving watching Rogers get hit nearly every drop. And he gets so frustrated. I hope Pagano is watching.
  6. Where is Buddy Ryan!! Man, I miss a D that dominates, dictates and destroys.
  7. One of my favorite Bear of all time is gone. Loved to watch him run. RIP Kansas Comet.
  8. Larry Wilson, DB for the St. Louis Cards died. I remember him as a solid player. About 30 years ago I sent him a card to be signed. He thanked me for being a BEAR fan and graciously gave me his signature. I read the he was a real class act, and I believe it. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2020/09/18/larry-wilson-cardinals-icon-and-nfl-all-time-great-dies-age-82/5827122002/
  9. Agree. Now or never for Mitch.

    ?

Are we asleep? One of our icons, BRIAN, opens his mouth and spews garbage, and there is no comment here? Is this the Bears board or do I need to be looking for a new source to link with my Bear fans?

    What If

I'm seeing that MLB stars are opting out of the season. I can agree with their decision, and feel that this is going to give a bunch of MLB wannabees a once-in-a-lifetime chance to make the big leagues. I wonder, with the way things sit now, will that spill over to the NFL? Where would we get "replacement players"? It would be a great opportunity for many borderline guys, but I remember the strike season and didn't like the on-field product. Great opportunity for new guys, but where would we get these fill-in players?
  15. Eddie made it pal. I'm with him for next year. He went through the wringer and won this game with his kick. Not a problem for me in the off season. Edie's made it.
  16. Thanks Mad. I needed that little realty check!
  17. Man, not even the Pats get their butts kissed to this extent. I wish Halas was alive, he'd move that needle.
  18. My fear is that they get to play all their games at the frozen tundra and end up in the big game. We all know that there is a real boner among refs and broadcasters for the Puckers. Witness what happened to us yesterday with the crap calls and the oozing over Aaron, etc. Give them a home game and all bets are off. Sad, but that's the league. Just ask the Pats.
  19. Mitch played well enough for me. I want to see him back next year. Miller, OMG. Where have you been? Maybe with Nagy they move to the next level.
  20. Wow, seem to have a normal(?) family. Well, never would have thunk it given your postings! Have a Merry Xmas, all yous.
