  1. Yes thats him. He's a workout warrior that keeps getting a job based on the way he looks in gym shorts.
  2. Number 1's don't grow on trees. Cutting him is beyond stupid.
  3. I wouldn't spend much on him tbh but would be open to kicking the tires. Fox will fix whatever ailed our lockerroom IMO. Also, isn't BM a distraction and cancer as well? IDC because he's a monster.
  4. Daventry, I actually think that lots of people know Bears football very well here. Much mores than myself. I do not think a lot of people know other (NFL nor college) football nearly as well. That isn't a complete broad brush statement either though as we have tons of very knowledgeable contributors that are multidimensional.
  5. Ok, fair enough maybe I was too harsh. Everybody is entitled to an opinion as they say. My opinion is that signing Landry would make him the third best safety on the Bears.
  6. He is absolutely horrible in coverage. He's a box safety that tackles poorly. Sometimes I wonder here if people actually watch football or just like the Bears and offer opinions.
  7. Not a chance that happens. I want to select 7 or higher in this draft TBH. I could entertain a #7 for an entire draft(phily) and next year number one though. That would hinge on Marcus being there though.
  8. I'd say no mores for his lack of play than his charges at this moment. Also, the statistical probability, of him being found NG of all counts is slim to none given the evidence and circumstances. I believe that he will be found guilty of at minimum two counts..a single instance of animal cruelty and the possession of the gator. Those also are the crimes that can potentially be pled to lesser offenses. In today's world, I think team rather take a chance on a player who beats up a few bar patrons than one who messes with animals, based on the way this country loves its animals.
  9. I'd keep him around for his leadership if nothing else.
  10. I saw that but didn't know it was him. My first blush was W. Mcginest
  11. I think he will go six too unfortunately.
  12. I want Cooper at this point. I'm not sold on Ray, and although Shelton could be a safe pick, I want a difference maker.
  13. Ok, I'm not going to be too much of an ass, but Fowler blows. I've watched 30 plus games of him. Season ticket holder and travel to many away games. He is consistently a step late to the QB. 3 total sack this year. One outlier game tackles wise. Other than that, about 4 a game. Bottom line is he doesn't change a game. Is this what you want from the number seven pick?
  14. Have you looked at Fowlers productivity?
  15. I'm not in the draft a safety camp. At least not high. I'd rather look for a FA. It just seems like the majority of high 1t rd safeties bust in relation to their pick slot.
  16. No, never. Down here in FLA I'm sort of insulated from the Bears
  17. Do not care I'm honestly sick of hearing about this everyday. We have a potentially epic Superbowl at the end of this week and I'd love to hear more about it.
  18. I never knew dude was such an interesting character and had so many interests out there besides football.
  19. Its refreshing to see most people say what I said quite some time again regarding Mariotta. Dude is super raw and couldn't start next year for any NFL team. I want nothing to do with a developmental QB at pick 7 or higher.
  20. The only rush OLB worthy of a 1st rd pick is Beasley. You want absolutely nothing to do with Fowler and his sense of entitlement without any production. He's a bust coming from Gator nation
  21. I think if when we switch to a 3-4 we have absolutely none one who can play the nose so our selection at 7 will likely be Shelton. Young, if healthy, is an OLB. Bostic can be your blur ILB. Mc is likely the other and can potentially be a decent rush LB. I'm not sure who on our roster fits at a DE. SN: Can't Harrison be had on the cheap? He's still productive if Pitt somehow lets him go again. SNSN: I'd draft Nick Marshall with our 3rd round pick if not our second. Fluid hips, ball skills, tall and is possibly the fastest player in the SEC.
