Your the only one on here that thinks we have lots of money left. I would like to say I hope your right, I have visited 10 different websites and the most I seen them list was about 26 before the signing.I am not saying they know but between all of them saying about the same money, it looks like the figures I stated for quite some time.

Well let me say your looking at the wrong numbers. I dont think any body knows exactly but will all the reports Ive read, we started at 22 to 26 including forte. You subtract BM and our other signing, your way off.

He is a better PR, 6 tds in the last three years. This gives us depth at WR and a STs guy. I dont think Knox will be around at the begining of the season. I think they will go to Hester and ask him to take a different contract and have Weems as a backup plan if they release him.

Had they addressed these issues last year, we would have been in the playoffs.

the fantasy football reference is the fact you suggest we have tons of money to sign all those good players(and we need them)but just cant afford 4 or 5 bigger contracts. The signing of those lesser players doesnt constitute fantasy football, those are the type of moves that is expected with (not as much money as everyone thinks)what we have left to spend. I would like everyone you suggested, but without a lot of creativity dont see us making anymore big splashs.Hopefully one more.

I hate to agree with you so much but I always felt LT was the biggest need with Wr a close second. I think we need to sign one more wr in FAgency(Royal met with Redskins and didnt sign) Could he be thinking about the Cutler connection now that Marshall is here? They are bringing in Herrera/OG who started for Minn last year, probably an upgrade over Williams at LG. At 31 I just see him as a stop gap for a draft choice we will make. Also Hayden is a former starter that played well in the cover 2 system that would be a cheap addition. I think they have one more good addition and the rest will be on the cheap.

It will be an improvement, but I think we still have a OG to get in FAgency or the draft that could fit in to the LG spot. I just read Mincey resigned for 4 year 27.6 mill, thats almost 7 per year. That leaves Wimbley as our only other choice of substance in FAgency. What about M. Anderson? He has had his moments and could be cheap as a situtational pass rusher. If they dont sign a DE, I think they will resign Idonije and draft a DE in the 1st or 2nd round.

I dont think what happened to Marshall will end up turning into a suspension. The two players we are looking at today, seem more like players we can afford. So far we have been suprized by all the moves so far. There are trying to sign Mincey, if they get that done, good first day. They seem to have a plan, Phil sees the glaring weaknesses that the Bears pretended werent there. WR, backup QB, not enough pressure on the d-line. I suspect he has noticed the Oline and supect we will see the next move in that area.

Carlson is commanding attention, so who do we go after if hes gone? The guy from Minn, or Tamme from Colts? Dressen from Houston? How about Kevin Boss?

Hes younger and has more upside than resigning Idonije. Maybe Idonije could be signed on the cheap as our DT rotation. He played well when at DT/3

There are supposedly offering a contract to Mincey as we speak. If they get him, I think we had a really good first day. Now some Oline help and maybe a 2nd tier cb, and I think were done.

Wimbley was set make 11 for the Raiders, so I think he will demand a little more like 8 to 10 mi.

I think they keep McGown or draft one in the middle rounds. Good move, since the Oline isnt fix yet, we need a good backup.

Freeney is making 15 mil a year, how much of a pay cut, do you think he will take? He is not worth what he is making but I dont see him taking less than 10 mil a year.

We dont have enough money to sign Williams. He will get anywhere between 15 and 18 mi.

He has shown improve over the last two years, and is viewed as a breakout type player.
