The way you do it is draft offense and defense of linemen every year in the first round.

What I've observed is putrid in 2,3,4 games and then good one game. That's the pattern to me.

I care more then Jay Jay never warms up on the sideline,has a sorry attitude,looks like a 9 to 5 guy more then a football player,has no emotion, etc. I want a QB that is opposite of him.
