In our last 4 games dating back to last year we are undefeated, 4-0. Are we getting spoiled? No turnovers for the Bears against Dallas was the key to victory.

As long as we don't turn over the ball and at least get 75% scoring in the red zone (last week we were 0 for 4) and don't go for it on 4th down in the red zone, we have a great chance to win. And if Lovie misses the flight we even have a better chance.

Let me ask an easy question. Would you rather bo New Orleans at 1-0 in the Super Bowl or Buffalo 0-4 in the Super Bowl? If you answered N.O. than you more than likely would rather loose the nfc Champ. game (like me) than lose the super Bowl. I would rather loose the championship game, than win it and loose in the super Bowl, that's all I was posting. Whats so bad about that, or hard to understand. I've heard so many players, not fans say that they would rather win ONE Super Bowl over 1,000,000 conference wins, 1,000,000 pro bowls, 1,000,000 records, etc. Are you old enough to know what it feels like to win a super bowl? St louis is made for scoring, San Francisco was always known for their offense. BEARS TRADITION IS DEFENSE DEFENSE DEFENSE and being able to run the ball. Lovie's D. will never win in Chicago. We need singltary or cower or someone similar to be our coach. I loved Bears football more when we were winning 6-8 games a year in the 70's, 80's, and some of the 90's when we were hurting people on offense, more than winning 8-10 games and giving up 24- 40 points a game. i am very anxious to see what alex Brown does for New Orleans. I have a feeling he will do better there than he did here. Just for the simple fact of our defense of coaching, cover 2, etc. They say its's a copy cat league, and we still do the 7 year old cover 2, why not just do the old 46, that won a super bowl? I want a defense of coach for this traditionally "defense of team", with some imagination. Not a defense of system that offenses have already played and know how to expose. The bears will never win with a finess D, but a smash mouth D. with intimination might.
