Sean Desai named DC
Knows he would be gone after this year anyway if they don't, produce so chance for him to help.

Offseason decisions
Im old and getting senile. Help me understand your logic. Pile picks that mostly get talent that can just as well be gotten after the draft as undrafted free agents. Why would a team give up a 5th or 4th for a few 6th+7th rounds picks, that you say,r a long shot at best? Not saying it has never or will ever not be done. But I don't see why one would.

Samurai Mike for DC
Watched a story about how he was spending his days trying to hone his craft after getting fired from SF years ago. Unless he has changed from a intensity perceptive I don't thing he would be a good hire. Loved him as a player not as a coach and most of all a head coach.

DC - who will it be? Who do you want?
Hey im his age and just because I'm in bed by eight doesn't mean he is. But after reading and listening to multiple sources I'd be OK with him. But there is such doubt about this team not sure who would want the job.

I mailed this today to George...
I forgot to ask where did you send it. I do want to do the same thing.

Maybe you'll get back a fake signed postcard of the team. Like I did with Hicks. Which I still appreciate, but don't expect much more. But if every Bears fan did the same thing perhaps that would make a difference. Thanks.

Halas Hall turd bowl
Like birds. Ted and George go out and find the food. Eat it and regurgitate into Matt and Ryan and they let us know how good it is.

Halas Hall turd bowl
"Meet the new boss Same as the old boss" I understand that you can't criticize yourself in a press conference. But boy I have never seen anything like this today. The only management., coaching catch phrase I did not hear is, "it's a process". And I do have to disagree with you Adam about being so out of touch with the fan base. I think they know exactly what the fan base is saying and why they were so non discript. They knew they were putting a band aid on a sorry team hoping we will buy into it for another year. Do we have a choice? I will watch what games I can and keep up with so called improvements during the off season. I will not spend another time that goes into their coffer. I believe their are a few season ticket holders on here. And I understand why they would not want to give up that privilege. I't could take a lifetime to get back. But I don't know how a fan base holds a team really resonsible year after year.

The Nagy-Pace party is back for another year
So if true. No big changes. No way Pace and Nagy say they have bet the farm and lost. Just a few changes here and there. Disappointing. Years more of mediocrity

Offseason decisions
Also a lot of People would also say he was just show boating and late to the party;.

Offseason decisions
He is no Doug Plank for sure. However in todays NFL he would off gotten a flag on almost half of his flying pile ups.

JV vs Varsity. Why they all must go. Nothing on this team is must keep from front office, coaches to players not on a rookie contract. Just replace them all with younger cheaper and start the rebuild.

Why I don't want Trubisky going forward.
So if I understand correctly, the Packer defense made Trubisky play like a real NFL QB should be able to. The coaches installed a limited game plan that they knew he could execute. He's had the best run the last four games of his career and in the GB game and still could only put up one touchdown and 16 total points. He has commented that they need to open up the offense against the Saints. A better defense that will most likely do the same thing. Make him play like a playoff quarterback should. I guess we will see how that turns out. I just don't see him succeeding and if not I hope they pull him as fast as they did week three. Of course, if they do, there is no chance in hell he would return. I hope he comes out and plays like he did against TB in 2018 and shuts me up and shows how ignorant I am about football.

Why I don't want Trubisky going forward.
Two more years. I don't want two more weeks.

Why I don't want Trubisky going forward.
With the biggest game of his career. Four years into his NFL career. .Two two or three years with all of his coaches and players. And this is the passing game plan they go with. Five pass plays over ten yards and only one completion. One interception. The coaching staff does not have more faith in him than that game plan was the best he could handle..

I've had the same concerns. Four weeks seem like a long time. I hope he is OK not just for football but life.

Time to unleash the Kraken, Nick Foles. So he can do down in NFL lore for generations with another SB run.

Going forward
Gee Mongo. I value your opinion but, Greg Williams is an idiot, and kicked off almost every team he's been on. Wade Phillips is older than I am and needs to be put out to pasture. Might as well bring in one of the Ryan kids. Oh wait, the're both fools also Gotta be better DC's with balls better that those two or four..

Week 17 v Green Bay
P. S. The whole coaching staff and front office needs to go. Not going to happen, so two three years from now we will still be debating the same thing.
-
Week 17 v Green Bay
I appreciate your opinion and find it valid lots of time. But at what placeholder. Mediocrity? So sign him and two years later were 8-8. And we're still stuck with Foles over that time. I just don't have enough time left on this earth to do the Mitch thing for another two years just to be back where we are now.
-
Week 17 v Green Bay
Im confused. I thought you wanted to sign Trubisky for two more years. What did you see that was not already shown for the last two years?
-
Week 17 v Green Bay
Biggest game of the year and alls quiet on the midwest front.

Week 17 v Green Bay
- Is this Trubisky different?
Bears fans: choose your own adventure. Do you want to beat the Green Bay Packers, lose on wild-card weekend and then re-sign Mitch Trubisky on a starter-sized deal? Do you want to lose narrowly to the Packers, re-sign Trubisky on a purgatory sort of contract and reconvene in a year’s time to clean house? Do you want the Bears to be blown out by their biggest rivals on national television, solely because it appears to be the only way to guarantee actual change at Halas Hall? Or any combination of the above? Ed Malyo. The Athletic Could not say it better. - Is this Trubisky different?
