With the 54th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State. With the loss of D. Jackson, the Eagles were in need of a WR after selecting Dennard in the 1st. They have a couple of options with Adams, Bryant, and Richardson, but go with the local player out of Penn State. Cincinnati (MadLith) are now on the clock.

I just don't like taking an RB in the 2nd. The top 2 rounds need to be players that are starters from Day 1. We can wait another year on RB.
-
If this actually played out in the real draft, we would seriously have a ridiculous Defensive Line rotation.
-
Based on value, it is probably the best pick. Jean-Baptiste maybe in a reach? Our D-Line would definitely be a strength.
-
Yeah nothing new and unexpected. Angelo was a horrible GM and if not for hitting on a couple of draft picks, we would've been a perennial 7-9 team.

With pick #48 in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select: JaWuan James, OT, Tennessee. After picking HaHa Clinton-Dix in the first round, the Ravens look to bolster their Offensive Line with the OT out of Tennessee. N.Y. Jets (MadLith) are now on the clock.....

This would actually be a decent year since it is Trestman's 2nd year and we have some interesting games. We be awesome if they picked us and we win the SB.

With the 43rd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New York Football Giants select: Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama After addressing TE in the first round, the Giants look to fill another need selecting a solid Offensive Lineman from Bama. He has a ton of upside and potential. St. Louis (bradjock) are now on the clock.....

You will have to pick one of the other 2-3 as Beckham was selected in the first. My 2nd post has a list of available players. Allen Robinson, Donte Moncrief, and Davante Adams are the next 3 highest rated WRs.

Lovie is still sick to death of drafting offense in the 1st round, and with no OG of good value here, he goes for a local product. With the 38th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Bucs select Timmy Jernigan, DT, FSU. MadLith is on the clock with Jax and Min....

The draft always has a few curveballs or reaches, and this was technically our first big reach since he would more than likely have been there at the top of the 3rd.

With the 28th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers select: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia. The consensus was WR here, but with 5 selected in the first 23 picks, the value was not there. The loss of Jordan Gross might be even bigger than the loss of an aging Steve Smith, so I see them going OL if they can't get one of the top 5 WR's. New England (bradjock) are now on the clock.....

Man you guys are all over it, I leave for a few hours and more picks. We are on a great pace, I will have to check in more often.

The Philadelphia Eagles select Darqueze Dennard, CB with the 22nd pick. Dennard is a really solid value pick at 22 as he was seen as high as the top 15 in some mocks. Kansas City (bradjock) are now on the clock...................

With the 17th pick, the Baltimore Ravens select HaHa Clinton-Dix, S, the New York Jets (MadLith) are now on the clock.

With the top 3 OT's gone and the top 2 WR's, the Giants fill their next biggest need with the #1 ranked player at that position by selecting Eric Ebron, TE and giving Eli Manning another target. Donald was another option, but keeping Manning happy and improving the offense was a bigger need. St. Louis and bradjock are now on the clock...........

Yeah, 5 out of 7 at home to finish the year with the last 4 home against warm weather or dome teams.

After much discussion, Lovie shocks the world and goes offense at #7 and selects Mike Evans, WR out of Texas A&M. Coupled with Vincent Jackson and Doug Martin, the trio of skill players will give McCown some playmakers to throw to. Minnesota and MadLith are now on the clock. Also considered: Lewan and Gilbert, but felt #7 was too high for either. Lovie's first round picks with Bears: 4 Offense, 2 Defense

Tennis players are better built than him, lol.
-
With 26 and 35, they can easily get Carr, and possibly Bridgewater.
-
Yeah, the picture is off, because the one on the right doesn't look much different than my build, and I am 5'11" 185.

Week 13 through Week 15 is crazy, back to back Thursday night games, then a Monday nighter vs New Orleans. I like the Week 9 Bye, and how we go into GB afterwards, 2 weeks to prepare. 5 of 6 divisional games after the bye? Wow. I am hoping for 5-3 at the bye and 6-2 after for an 11-5 record. Only one long road trip, Week 2 in SF, then Week 3 in NY, however, NY is a Monday Night Game. So we get an extra day. Week 17 outdoors in Minnesota, should be fun. Actually Week 14-17 outdoors in cold weather (Bear down!).
