This would be a very nice fit.  Certainly a worthwhile depth piece with Goldman out.

That would be huge, no pun intended. He is a great run stopper and we have enough other pieces to rotate in to keep him fresh. Mack and Snacks!

I think Nichols handling the position very well and with Jenkins and Urban backing up the starters we should be in fine shape.

Nichols had a bad game Sunday. They need help at NT. 

I'm not interested in Harrison.  He's not been in any camp and can almost guarantee you he's not close to in shape.

Nichols definitely had a bad game.  He was turning his shoulders way too much.  His job is to keep wide at the line of scrimmage.  They'll rip his ass in film session and he'll stay more cognizant of it this week.

Didnt know where to put this but read that we had the best YPC for the week in the running game. 5.9 per yard.

I assume you mean Montgomery, and yeah he looked good to me too, but AP had 6.6 YPC against us in the same game. Their total YPC on offense might have been lower, but AP carved us up. Also, thank goodness their other RB dropped that easy pass in the endzone, or we'd have lost.

 

We really need Snacks, it was evident that the team was missing Goldman in the middle. AP had a bunch of holes and rarely was getting touched until after the LOS. The defense needs to make a concerted effort to plug the running lanes especially this week with Barkley coming to town. Smith just needs to stay on him all game. Trevathan looked a little slow in Week 1.
