He has been in talks with the NFL about it. If the Bears do not get them, I feel they need to put that rule to rest if the league is going to bend qualifications. They must fear the Bears will be a dynasty and that is not written in their script. Cunningham even said today that his understanding is that the Bears deserve the picks.
