  1. Past hour
  2. Hell yeah. Caleb's been on point the last two drives. Run game's working, guys are getting open, and Caleb's hitting them. Now we need to bury these guys. Don't let this game be close.
  3. That's what I wanted to see. Run it down their throats. Do that seven more times today and we can get ready for GB.
  4. Three great plays by our Special Teams and our defense had a three-and-out. Now our offense had better take advantage of the field position they have been gifted.
  5. Today
  6. The game comes on at 1 AM in Pattaya. I'm at a 24 hour sports bar. They have soccer on every TV. They have 15 , I'm going to have to fight with the Aussies to be able to watch the game. I'm prepared to be very annoying until I get my way.
  7. Let’s go bears - let’s start a new winning streak against the Browns!!!
  8. I might have ticket stubs to check because ive been to many late games, when my friend starts having trouble getting his wife or kids to go. Now with digital, its a crap shoot. Memories just that.
  9. Yesterday
  10. And he’s chasing the single season sack record currently sitting at 20. Hopefully he doesn’t get the 3 he needs to surpass the record tomorrow . 😬 https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/47100067/tracking-sacks-record-cleveland-browns-myles-garrett-denver-broncos-pace-nfl-single-season-player-team
  11. I think it's important for the Bears to get off to a good start, because in weather like this, if a team goes down 14 points, its human nature for them to think more about staying warm than winning the game when it seems out of reach. I'd love to put the Browns down 14 early, and let them quit.
  12. Injuries play a role when teams win and lose. I found this information to be interesting. We lead the league.
  13. If you remember Jason's lament, we always make a no name QB the player of the week. That being said, last week's loss should provide ample motivation. At the end of the day, they still have Miles Garrett. Any given Sunday...
  14. I read an article on SI.com: Bears catch huge break from Browns' Week 15 injury report If we can't win this game decisively, not a last-minute game-saving drive, then we are nowhere near a playoff-caliber team.
  15. Last week
  16. The Bears have really drawn the short stick on weather games. Several rainy, windy, and/or cold.
  17. The coldest for me was the game that would send either us or the Packers to the playoffs. Rodgers came back from the collar bone injury to kill us with a desperation 45 yard touchdown on 4th and 8. I think the wind-chill was 8°.
  18. I earned my badge here…. The Chicago Bears' playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams in 1986 was played in extremely cold conditions, with temperatures around -9 degrees Fahrenheit and a wind chill that made it feel even colder. This game is often remembered as one of the coldest in NFL history. .. Then moved to Arizona.
  19. I had season tickets for 2 years during the early 80s and endured a few cold games myself. It sounds worse than it was. Bodies packed in the stands create a lot of heat.
  20. Washing my winter coveralls tonight, I might be a part of Chicago Bear history if it gets a cold as they think. Been to couple cold games like Bears vs Texans, and Falcons. I'm sure there are a few more Bear games I've endured like at Minnesota when the dome collapsed.
  21. yeah now that ive seen some coaches angle, Trapilo really grew - and he is doing an excellent job in reading the defense and making switches and double when he should.
  22. I’m not happy we lost but watching a couple film studies of Ozzy made me smile. He was shaky early but you can see him gaining confidence as the game went on and in the second half he was rag dolling Parsons. I do mean tossing him around. Beyond that, it was head on a swivel, picking up stunts, quick feet to redirect when he lost leverage. He wasn’t perfect in the game for sure but I have no doubt we have a starting LT. One more big test with Myles Garrett but he’ll be ready for Rd 2 against Green Bay.
  23. I agree that he's flawed. The one thing he does, is find a way to win, late. Justin and Mitch did not have that. Reducing sacks is worth the loss on completion percentage. Points, yardage and wins are up. Please allow him to get comfortable in a system.
