After running several mock drafts on Fanspeaks' premium over the past several weeks I just can not help trading back for more picks. The Bears just have to many needs to only have 6 picks. Admittedly, I don't watch college football accept for an occasional bowl game. I just don't have the time so I us this time of year to cram before the draft! Nobody on this board has discussed the possibility of going with a CB for the second year in a row. The reason I am throwing this scenario out there is that I feel that the elite Defensive players i.e. Williams, Gregory, Fowler will be gone before the number 7 pick. If I was in Pace's shoes running my first draft…

I think the three signing w have so far are going to bring a new attitude to the team...with McPhee saying he is violent and Rolle and Royal being hitters (Rolle) and playmakers (Royal) things are looking up!! Now do we sign the Chiefs Parker...as he has played CB as well as safety and could be that nickelback we need with his 4.3 speed

That would be a great start to this year after already locking up Royal, Pernell, royal and Rolle!

They both came in for meetings but have not signed yet...... Are they waiting to see if they can get better deals? I really would like to see Royal sign. Rolle from what his stats look like last year can still be productive so I would be happy with him as well. Pot Roast from everything I have read is wanting too much money, hoping the Bears can make it work with him as it opens up what they can do draft day. Any word on Foster at LB??? With the signing of Pernell does that eliminate Brooks from consideration?

So I saw some blurb on NFL Network link (I'm not at home to verify) that the Saints are 'shopping several players including Jimmy Graham". WOW! And as I'm looking at the feed something popped up about the Saints and Seahawks are working a deal as we speak for Graham. NO I DO NOT ENDORSE ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM GOING AFTER GRAHAM!!!! Are there any defensive players worth perusing? EDIT: Wow this moved quick. According to Rappaport the deal is near done. Graham and a 4th to Seattle for Unger (Max I presume?) and a 1st.

if he's healthy could probably be a decent stopgap...
