Never been, but had a nice time Friday afternoon. It's hard to come away with much after two hours in shorts, but here's what I saw: 1) Bell makes this team, Chester Taylor does not. Bell consistently hit the holes hard. Taylor, on the other hand, was on the ground way too much. Considering his salary and the way Barber is playing (impressive in person as well), I don't see how Taylor stays. 2) Mike Holmes is doing everything he can to make this team. He was one of the most fan-friendly players I saw, talking to fans on his way out and signing a bunch on his way back from the locker room. Ya know I was pretty faithful watching the NFL network at 4 pm daily. I was waiting for camp reports for the Bears. They interviewed Tom Waddle from there, But it was about the Ochocinco trade. I have yet to see anything from them, And to boot Iam getting so sick of Dallas reports I wanna puke. What is it with the supposed flagship station of the NFl dropping the ball on this. It seems like watching the Daileys on the Reelz channel. Am I just missing it here or is anyone else feel like Jerry Jones and Bill Belichek bought stock in the station?

Davis but from what I read on Waters, he could be a good addition. Solid and familiar. However (and the other side of the coin) I recall this type of talk about Orlando Pace and well....you recall how that went. I read the part of how Waters' phone may not be ringing and with Davis still not signed I have to believe many teams are just waiting for cuts (say just before Preseason game 4) to make some last minute roster adjustments.

Espn radio in Chicago is reporting that Ja Marcus Webb was carted off the field at practice but there is no word of if he is injured or not.

Hear me out on this. Let's say Barber and Bell continue to shine and Taylor does a reversal...and Forte will not come to an agreement with the team. Do we consider trading Forte if we can get the right offer (I would say a 1st round pick)? I love Forte and would hate to see him leave but running backs are a dime a dozen. I remember when the Broncos had a different thousand yard rusher 4 years in a row. Thoughts?? Peace

1. Knox played well on ST. 2. Podlesh wasn't great, and Gould missing that cheapy is a tad scary. 3. The OL was brutal, but I liked what I saw out of Spencer. granted it was vs Buffalo's second teamers. If he isn't the starting C by week 1, I'd be shocked (move Garza to OG, bench Louis, Spencer at C). 4. Enderle was decent, Chris Harris had a huge hit, and Adams played a nice game at WR. Not that I give a s***, but Fantuz didn't touch the field and Sanzenbacher didn't catch a pass. 5. I loved the way Barber ran. Okoye was a beast tonight as well.

Looks like Denver is screwed up front and may be ready to entertain trying to pry some linemen away from other team. Quite frankly I believe there are too many DTs on the team. I think we need to act quick and send the big Toe over that way, even if its not an exhilarating haul in terms of draft picks. Between Melton and Okoye and Adams, you have a 3 man rotation. That doesnt even include Paea. On that note - if we knew Melton was going to be ready to start and that we would be picking up Okoye....we would have been much better off with OL in rounds 2 and 3 would we not? Ug.

The Texans have their 4 top running backs hurt so they might be interested in giving up a late round draft pick for Taylor who is due 1.25 million this year. He also mentions that Khalil Bell is a core special teams player and looked good Saturday. Meanwhile, Taylor carried the ball 3 times for 3 yards. I can't remember ever seeing Taylor with the Bears and thinking anything but, "He might be a servicable running back who blocks well." Marion looked like a freaking beast. On a side note, Unga rush…
