Finally bought some PSL's this year and got a parking pass!!! It took about 3 years to find the seats i wanted and work a deal. Now that the hard part is over the NFl and Players are in a lockout, can i catch a break!!!!! I was not nervous when this lockout started but have been getting more and more as the months go on. At the start of this mess i was on the owners side, but now im pissed at both sides. From an outsider looking in it looks as tho the owners have come down a lot from their first offer and its now the players turn to come down. Either way if any games are missed i will be pissed at both sides for a long time. Ill still go to the games and root but will jad…

I know some of you don't rate these guys but for me enough experts reference them & teams use them for it to be a valid reference point https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2011/...sts-and-worsts/ in order to qualify for the study a player needed to have 75 attempted tackles (including sacks) over the past three seasons Defensive Lineman and the Perfect Score With the qualifying threshold of 75 attempts eliminating several players who have gone without a missed tackle in their few chances, only one perfect score remains in the study, belonging to the Bears’ Israel Idonije.

per the Score/Trib.... Contract Negotiating????

I'm surprised to know that Steve Smith is a UFA. Did anyone here know this? Granted, he suffered a bad leg injury in December, but s***, he can play.

He'll likely be the Bears #5 WR and play some ST. In other words, he's taking Davis' spot.

Its all over twitter???

It seems with all these signings, that Kruetz is not on the Bears list as a need. I wonder if they plan on Moving Garza to Center or hoping Linnenkohl is all they thought he was. This will make a very interesting time , that for sure.

Peppers and Izzy are penciled in at DE. Gholston will spell them in rotation. Adams plays the DT/NT position. But who starts at DT? Harrison, Melton, Big Toe, Omobi? Where do Wooten and Gilbert fall into the mix? Seems like there are too many bodies in the mix.

I guess he is deciding to watch his daughter go through her athletic career.

I just wanted to pause and congratulate Richard Dent on his official enshrinement into the Football Hall of Fame. Great work and again CONGRATS to you sir!!!! This brings the total of Bear enshrinees to 30 ... a record http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Chica...ll_Hall_of_Fame

Well what do you think about this, we offered our starting center (#57) 4 million to play this year and he wanted more.....so he signs with the Saints for 2 million.....but now he is the second string center....go figure

"We consider him a four-phase starter,” said special teams coordinator Dave Toub. “That third running back has to be that guy. We can’t have a third running back that’s sitting on the bench not playing special teams. It’s valuable. We showed that the last few years with Garrett. So that’s the role that we need that player to be.” http://www.chicagobears.com/DailyBlogs.asp...G_DATE=08/17/11 This stament has me going now on CHester Taylor being gone maybe as soon as he has good showing in the preseason.

Ya know I was pretty faithful watching the NFL network at 4 pm daily. I was waiting for camp reports for the Bears. They interviewed Tom Waddle from there, But it was about the Ochocinco trade. I have yet to see anything from them, And to boot Iam getting so sick of Dallas reports I wanna puke. What is it with the supposed flagship station of the NFl dropping the ball on this. It seems like watching the Daileys on the Reelz channel. Am I just missing it here or is anyone else feel like Jerry Jones and Bill Belichek bought stock in the station?

Have any of you guys done a dynasty league before? Do you like it? I have been thinking about getting into one and have been trying to do some research.

Truely blows my mind how Bears Staff can continue this garbage-fest. MCkinney immediately named starting LT for Ravens. Argueably on of the top OLINes in league even before this. And yet here bears are two years in a row with scrubs who they "like". im still not one to suggest signing every FA. But glaring holes exist and talent is available to fill it.. Not to mention Roy Williams (well i just did). "We feel good about Jmarcus and Frank Omiyale is our fallback....by god"

4yrs 53 mill 30 guaranteed.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/chi/chicago-bears So according to this, we could see a lot of Meriweather playing against the Saints. Not sure about this just yet. As much as I like him on the team, having him still learning the D and then face off against Brees concerns me a little. And, for what it's worth, I am glad to see Barber is staying out this week. Don't think he will be as needed this week as he will be against GB. I feel that given NO's defense, Forte and Bell will do just fine.

Great leadership on the part of Peppers. These guys will be playing as a unified team when they return. http://www.suntimes.com/sports/football/be...ers-mother.html Source: Majority of Bears defense to attend funeral for Brian Urlacher’s mother NEIL HAYES September 17, 2011 11:52AM Reprints 9 Updated: September 17, 2011 11:56AM Virtually every member of the Bears defense will travel to Lovington, N.M., today to attend funeral services for Brian Urlacher’s mother, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
