Well, it looks we will try out another kicker in the preseason. What a name for a kicker! Bears add a new name to kicker competition — and it's an interesting one

Bears sign Attaochu, I'm assuming he replaces Mingo as Edge3.

Given the possibilty (or at least conspiracy type theory) that Gaines might be kept around to perform double duty as a FB is there a possibilty that since Basenez appears to be leaving that the Bears could be hoping to snag Matt Jones after all? Given his prior experience as a QB at Arkansas and his more recent discoverd ability as a WR, he could be an ideal fit to fill both roles. As much as I dislike the guy, I know many of you are fans of his. I hope I'm wrong.

Browns Release Pryor I know many people here had interest in him at draft time. Is he worth a look? Is Jackson enough promise to not think about it? In my opinion, we have had such a hole at that position that you could never have enough competition. However, this guy couldnt stick with the Jets and Browns so that is a glaring sign haha

I was waiting for the last person to pay besides the 2 payments I am responsible for and it looks like the extra $5 dollars most of you paid is just a credit on your account and isnt available to disperse. Drafting James Daniels/OC with #22 seems like a reach. Not cutting Cooper. Otherwise, like the overall picture.

I didn't realize he was a RFA but ,he is coming off his best special teams year which leads me to believe is where his current value is to the team.

Conditioning has Rex Grossman optimistic about 2008 A good article on Rex and his attempt to win the starting position at QB. I must admit, I admire his work ethics mentioned in the article. He is definately attempting to do everything possible to turn his career around. Will it be enough? Did he wait too long to work his butt off? Im thinking about buying some season tickets and was hoping someone might have sat in the sections i'm looking at. They are Section 248 and 446?. Anyone know if the views are good from those sections?
