I apologize for dummin' on this...but I just cannot recall and couldn't find anything on it on a cursory search.

Sanzenbacher did ok on specials teams this past week and it looks like that was the final nail in the coffin. Now about that other WR competing for the last roster spot....Joe Anderson I think he ends up on our practice squad.

Looking at the teams we play this year we stand a great chance of having a really good season...if its measured by the play of the QB. we really have only the Packers, 49ers, Cowboys and the Texans with a QB with more than seven years starting/playing time. Not saying that the other ones cant get it done but just look at these QB'S. So we play two games against two rookies, 5 games against QB'S that were rookies last year, 4 games against 3/4 year QB'S, and 5 games against QB'S that have been in the NFL 8 years or more.. 1. That's right the Packers are in last place in the NFC North after week 1. LOL Gotta enjoy that while it lasts, SF is a tough team though. Who'da thunk the Bears, Lions, and Vikings all are 1-0 and the Packers are 0-1. If we can take one from GB that will be huge and give us a virtual 3 game lead on the media darling Packers. Big game coming up for the Bears and nothing would make me happier than to see the the Bears stomp all over the Packers in their house and give them an 0-2 start and give them their second straight home loss this year!.

It just seems to me, the following are things are bad trends that seem to have no end in sight... 1. We can't beat Green Bay. One out of the 9 last attempts is beyond dismal 2. We have a hard time beating good teams. Seems like when we go against a really good team, we tend to play our worst. Whether is the Giants, SF, Green Bay, NE, NO...granted, most teams struggle against good teams. But good teams beat good teams often enough. We can beat up on the Colts, Vikings, Rams...but when it comes to a good team, I think our record is really awful. 3. We play poor at night it seems. We did win a couple last year. I think that now we are no longer the media darlings and the offensive onslaught that was expected this year has tempered. We should be able to settle down and get back to business. Was it me or has Jay and the boys been doing a ton of interviews before the game Thursday? Maybe the same amount but we were getting a ton of national exposure. This Cutler bashing will die after the games this week and we should be quiet, humble, and hungry.
