I know most media outlets had the Bears at 6-10 or 7-9 going into the season, but that is a tall task now with a 2-0 start. Things would have to really go south to end the season with anything less than 8 wins. That's good news. Despite being one of 11 2-0 teams, the Bears crack the top 15 in only two of the national power rankings I could find. Redford had a lackluster career at Tulsa but for the last year has been training with former kicker John Carney. He has put of 15 lbs for leg strength and has been deadly accurate. Doesnt make sense to me, he acted like an ass because they wanted him to play in a 3-4, so then he gets traded to the Pats who run a 3-4. The Pats get him for a 5th and his salary is only 5million this year. For a 5th and 5million i would have liked to seen him in a Bears helmet. Now i say this not knowing what the rest of his contract looks like. I would think he would be happy playing in our 4-3 scheme.
