According to Rotoworld, the Jets are inquiring about Brandon Marshall and the Eagles are shopping Reggie Brown. Denver is making it sound like Marshall's not really available (read: they're trying to drive up their price) but I'm not sure we'd want a guy like that anyway. Denver probably wants a 1st and then some, and Marshall's not worth that much risk. On the other hand, as much as I like our young receivers, I could see trading a 4th or something for Reggie Brown. Linebacker is a definite strength of this 2009 version of the Chicago Bears. Lance Briggs is a perennial Pro Bowler, Brian Urlacher is one of the better middle backers in the game, and newly named starting strongside LB Pisa Tinoisamoa has me wondering what the Rams were thinking in releasing him. Hearing a whole bunch that the reason AP got so much show time in the Denver game was the coaches wanting him to audition for other teams. His Special teams play has diminished over time and Mcglover signing points that maybe just maybe AP is history , what ya think?
