Steve Smith
Too much of a luxery... I can't imagine him taking the money we'd be willing to give.

REVIS said to be traded or cut today
Agreed. Too many obstacles for him to be a Bear. Especially with so many needs in so many areas.

Charles Tillman
That is correct. It is just a visit at this point.

Bears Release Peppers
Thank you for the wonderful years of service Peppers! I hope you go into Canton a Bear!

Bears sign LB Jordan Senn
We have a boat ton of holes to fill. Let's see how this plays out before hitting the panic button... We have nabbed ST'ers, depth and one starter so far today. (Excluding the DJ Williams signing, which we were told of yesterday). We may or may not be done in FA. Lot's of guys still out there that can contribute that we can afford.

Demarcus Ware
I'm not happy. I want some young blood in there that can bring it.

Demarcus Ware
What to you call the tagic comedy of him watching that ball on the floor seeing GB pick it up for a score? He had plenty of bad tackle/angles last year besides that. So, you are wrong in thiking he was always productive. In fact, zero production on the sidelines watching due to age/injury... I could give a crap really about how nice he is. All I care is that our player isn't a leech and sucks the positive air out pining for the good ol days of Smith n Url... If he stays, I support him barring hearing facts that he is sobbotaging the team. But, I'm all for seeing what we can get.

Demarcus Ware
Right...forgot about that wrinkle. We can get rid of Briggs. He's old, injury prone, and has a horrible attitude. I don't suggest cutting. Only trading.
-
Demarcus Ware
He's an outside LB, DJ's an inside. It would be tossing Briggs or Bostic to the side to take on Ware in that capacity. I'm for it...boot Briggs and get Ware!

Wecome to the Bears Mr. Houston! Get some sacks, stuff some runs and basically now go kick some ass!

Love it! Thanks for sharing!

Bears agree to term with Nate Collins & Jordan Palmer
Right now this means we at minimum have our 3rd QB in place. Let's see what happens to McCown...it ain't over until he signs elsewhere. The Collins signing is excellent. Depth where sorely needed.

Hey man! I brought it up first!

Briggs isn't too happy
Never a wiser thing said!

Briggs isn't too happy
Can we throw in Peppy for next years' first too?

Goodbye McCown
I would love for Josh to stay. I wish him well wherever he goes, unless it's to a rival. I think there's a decent chance he'll stay. If he purely wants loot, he gone. If not, he knows his bet potential is here. If he goes, I also trust that Trestman will have another capable back-up ready to go.
