(Out of state) Packers fans are like cockroaches...they come of of the woodworks. It's all the damn Chris Berman frozen tundra bs and Madden Favre fluffery. So any person who hs no team, can feel warm and fuzzy about supporting them. Other than Pats fans, they are the largest non-CA team fanbase in Cali. People like winners, so they bandwagon it. The Bears do have a vocal showing here in Cali though. Real fans. I was meeting up and watching games with these folks under Wanny, Jauron, with Kordell and Krenzel. No bandwagon here! Pure blood!

You should not have to be subjected to the likes of Packers fans in Alaska! That is just too much. I commend your wise move in kicking those guys to the curb!

I give game-time posters the benefit of the doubt. Emotions run high and if I had a $1 for every dumb thing I said during a game, I'd have been able to retire 10 years ago. I just happen to have no desire to "post" during games. I'm way too into the game. I do text a few friends and the language and banter on those would probably get me arrested in some states! But, I do agree...some posts sound really bad and should have probably been left as a yell at the tv vs put on the board for the time capsule. This is as much a place for well thought out agruments as it is a pure outlet for venting. But if one vents poorly, expect comments! It's only fair.

Agreed. However, I do absoultely love the current throwbacks. I think an odd change in the helmet for a game would be fun...the bear head.

I simply love what we are showing. We will not give up. We play our best with everything on the line. It's been only 2 games, but I like the trend. If we can clean up some errors and create just a bit more pressure on the DL, it could get really interesting! At least for now, we are an exciting team that gives the impression that we will be in every game! No fear! Bear down!

I completely understand. I run the emotional roller-coaster during the game. I remember distinctly telling my buddy I was watching the game with before the last draive something like, "This is what we've been waiting for. Cutty, do it and make it happen!". Not that I had anything to do with it! But, I really think that was a big moment for him. Only until we haul that trophy back to the Hall, will we really know. But so far so good!

Cutty will be fine. He gets some blame...but dammit, he deserves serious credit! People (not you) have been giving him too much crap. He delivered an "accoring to Hoyle" come from behind win that we've all been hoping for since he signed! I was beyond thrilled!!! The D line sucked again. Hopefully, game 3 will kick it into gear. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on you. Fool me 3 times, I'm buying a bridge. Peppy looked old and the youngsters looked young. Against the run they did well, but pass rushing, they left a lot to be desired. However, if you sell out on stoppin ghte run, you're bound to give up some passing. Maybe there is method to the madness. I tell you, Ponder had the best game he'll have all year. It ain't pretty, but it don't have to be!

I also have Julio Jones, who's being listed as questionable, so I'm going bird in the hand...starting both Welker and Nelson, and keeping Wilson on the bench & putting Julio there to play it safe. Thanks for your advice!
