Sidney Rice Wow!
I have no problem passing on Rice. I feared the one year wonder. I just wanted the team to make a move for Vincent Jackson. When his contract was in dispute, I believe he could have been had for a couple 2nds... I'd rather have him the Paea, and whoever we'll blow our 2nd pick on next year... Even Holmes...the list goes on and on...

Gabe Carimi
PFT is reporting the same.

Postgame thoughts
No argument there. Water is still wet. Our O line still hasn't really been addressed properly... JA refuses to do much about either area. He needs to go.
-
What in the Blue Hell are they thinking?!!
Sadly, JA would have just blown the picks...

1974, you are 100% spot on!

I've been screaming that for what seems like years now... Our WR's are average at best.

Damn straight on all counts...

1. Seriously. And get him a real freaking target while they're at it... Our WR's are not good enough to go the distance. 2. Agreed. The played good enough if the O didn't stink up the joint barring the one huge long play that was pretty much a back breaker. 3. I fully agree. If we let Harris and Forte walk, citizens of Chicago should storm the front office demanding blood... 4. I even heard the tool on Fox, Joe *uckhimself, giving him props... Where's Artie Lange when you need him?

Anyone know how to catch the game online?
Lucky you...

Chicago Bears @ New Orleans Saints, 9/18/11
Yup. That was the only positive in the game besides Gould.

We totally got away from the run. Mad Martz was in full effect... Results as expected.

Same .... Different Day
Vegas has the line at Saints by 7...anyone not going against that isn't straying from the expected. But we all know sometimes actual results don't mimic expected ones...

A little more about our Clutts...
Clutts is sure to provide us with endless comedy! (...just his name, not his play! I like what I've seen from the guy.)

Mulligan weary of Olin on Sunday....
Thankfully we don't have to worry about Url not playing... ...and in no universe, known or unknown, does not having Urlacher around ever become advantageous for the Bears under virtually any circumstance! Okoye's presence is a plus as you mention... Peppers will crush Olin given the chance to do so...

Urlacher's mother passes away
That is not good... I hope it's just rumor running wild. I have only read where his status for Sunday is uncertain...

A little more about our Clutts...

Mulligan weary of Olin on Sunday....
I see it as a double edged sword. He will work in our favor and against us. We know his tendencies. We also know he isn't quite what he used to be. We know he'll mess up. The flip side is that he knows our tendencies, & that he'll at least try to play the best game he has had in years. So, I kind of see it as a wash. It should be no different than facing any decent center in the NFL. The potential is certainly there for either team to get an upper hand somehow.
