No. It's an incomplete grade. And given what we've seen from Tru...he's earned the benefit of the doubt. The coaches need to go. And he needs to improve on his NFL FA acquisitions. But, the drafting appears to be solid.

My gut feeling is that Pace has been trying to truly build the roster through the draft and only brings in FA's that are really stop-gaps with a small chance they could pan out long term. However, in 2018, that philosophy must stop. It must go to "win now" and get more blue chip FA's. At least one "A" player and one or 2 "B" players...

Agreed... Realistically, you could make the more conservative argument that it should have happened before the PIT game. ATL, Glennon was fair to ok. Then, TB awful.
