Seattle is shoddy. They can't stop the passing game and play horribly on the road. This isn't a real test. It's like CAR again... We have to win this game. We are a TD favorite...so people are expecting us to handle business. Washington next week will be the interesting game. They are a decent team, with a decent QB, decent coach, etc...

I do agree, a 1st is too much. Then again, if Angelo is drafting, I'd think about it... He's bound to be another bust, so there is a case to be made in that instance.

Exactly! We tend to s*&% the bed after getting a big lead. As many say, this team doesn't know what to do with success. Last week was the time to put it in neutral, and oddly they choose to let Collinsoworthless do everything in hois power to throw the game. I begged to just give the ball to Matt and Chester...3 and out, so be it. At least the D gets more breathing room to get another turnover! I'll be curious to what they do this week for sure with Cutler back at the helm... It'll pretty much boil down to the O-line again...

I don't see SEA doing well...they play bad on the road and don't do well off the bye. I see the Bears w/ an early explosion, then sit on it...and let SEA back in a little. But Bears prevail.

Just heard that that Omiyale stays at LT, Webb at RT, and Chris Williams will take over for Garza at LG. I'm intrigued. I've reada few things that Williams may end up being a better guard than tackle. I guess the experiment continues...

I believe so. The powers that be, don't want to factor in the gory detail of how we got there...just that we got there. And, to some extent, I can't blame them. However, I would like them to factor in 3 seasons of missing the playoffs... With that said, the smart thing to do would be to simply keep him. He's on contract for another year. If he does great again next year, then you extend, but only for 2 more years. If he doesn't like it, he can go elsewhere. Odds are he'll stay. It may cost a little more money...but it's probably negligible and one would hope he'd cut the Bears a bit of break since they did him up so well after the SB. I personally want him gone regardless, but I'll be happy to deal with him if he wins the SB this year... Or at least makes a valiant run at it w/o stupid errors.

Interesting if true... I've heard Boone from numerous places like PFT,etc... Mankins would be the best one we could get. Then Smith, then Garcia. Tell Berrian to take his Minny money and shove it up BrInt's bottom... He wasn't all that, and is even less now. I'd take Sgt. Hartman over Smith any day! Just don't sign any Pyle's!
