  1. Thanks! On both counts. I nominated you for the Navy & Burnt Orange earlier... Rock it!
  2. My apologies. I will be on vacation when you start the draft on April 4th. Can someone else takeover SF?
  3. At least we aren't getting spoon fed heaps of praise...
  4. Here's Hub's article on it.... Seems like this was really vetted out by the Bears all the way up the ladder to the very top. Either everyone's been duped, or there's not much fire around the smoke. http://www.chicagofootball.com/2015/03/25/...igning/avtlujj/
  5. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_McDonald https://twitter.com/aaronlemingnfl I'm not a big fan of bringing in guys with a checkered recent past. But maybe Fangio knows something... http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2...ation/24870353/

  7. Realistically, they maintained a solid B rating. Where we, I think, went from a D to a C+. We improved more. But, it was hard not to given how bad we were!
  8. I follow your train of thought. And I think it might play some part in it. Borland's particular case may or may not be part of what you're saying, but I think at least as a society...we are getting weaker, more secluded, angrier and more entitled. George Carlin did a funny bit on children worship many years ago, that sadly rings true today and speak to a bit of what you bring to light. Beware, there is some language. It's George Carlin after all!
  9. Yeah, I think we gave them Marshall and a 7th for a 5th.
  10. He got practice at that for one game last year...

Right there! That's where we all intersect in our thoughts!
  12. Bingo. Smith had the peak of all the defensive talent. Jauron was there just in the beginning of that. So it makes sense Smith has better numbers. However, all that...and none of the 3 are good enough.
  13. I hope Pace holds a similar philosophy!
  14. Way to go Jen! She really seems to know her football, has had some great newsbreaks, and is easy on the eyes!
  15. Mine's way watered down by now... I spent seasons hoping and buying into all the excuses. Now, I'll only believe it if I see it. We are not SB bound this season anyway, so I have no issue with it. It appears stop gap at worse and an audition at best. I trust the coaching staff to make the most of it. Or to pull the plug is it goes sour.

  17. Interesting take. I'm not certain it's the full reason, but certainly seems like it could easily be one more reason why...
  18. All those have been done to some degree by former coaching staff...but C. That could prove to be the biggest possibility for expecting something other than failure. If any of our prior or present staffs could do it, this current one is the one...
  19. Sadly, based on his past, those 12 pics will cost us games. They will thrown at the most inopportune time.
  20. He will be what he has always been. Just good enough to break our hearts...
