GB also had their big DT carted off (Wyatt). I read that of the 4 NFLN teams, GB has the most challenging schedule remaining for this season. With two games coming up with GB and 1 with DET, we are in charge of our own destiny. Gut-check time.

I agree with you guys. Initially, my gut said we get blown out. Then I began comparing the two teams. It's a shame we are having so much trouble with injuries. We are playing some fantastic football while short-handed. I saw this comparison on NFL.com. I know it's no guarantee we won't get blown out of the stadium, but damn, we compare favorably on paper.

Between his errant throws and our WR drops, how many yards and TDs were left on the table? My Guess? He could easily have another 6 TDs and 300 yards added to his totals this year.

Considering we are playing 2nd- and 3rd-string LBs and CBs in our starting lineup, I think they are doing the best they can.

Damn, we had more 1st stringers starting games in the preseason than we have starting today. It seems that over half of our lineup, especially on defense, is made up of backups.

Okay, I'm reluctant to ask this question because I assume the answer will make me feel very stupid or senile. Despite showing my ignorance, I am compelled to ask. Every time I see Caleb walk onto the field after the game, there is always a heavy-set, bearded white guy who is accompanying him. This morning, they showed Caleb entering the stadium with the same guy attached to his hip, talking and laughing with him. Who the hell is this guy? A member of the coaching staff? A personal bodyguard? I'm confused. Please enlighten me. Be kind 😉

I remember Booker and Kyle both being full participants when returning from injuries, and neither one suited up for the following game. I hope you're right, but I suspect he will be held out to make sure he is fully ready for contact.

Kaleb Johnson was one of several running backs in the 2025 draft that I hoped the Bears would draft. I'm surprised he has had such a bad start to his career.
