This team is not going to the playoffs. They will be lucky to win 3 more games. Lovie Smith will not be fired. He has 2 years left on his contract at 5.5 million a year. They are not going to eat his contract. Knowing this, Angelo should sit down with Lovie this week and tell him if they don't win 2 of the next 3 games they should start playing some of the younger players. Gilbert, Moore, Iglesias, and Toenia all should see significant time to help them develop for next yr. Further, Gaines Adams should get reps over Ogy since he is more than likely gone. The crowd unloaded on Tommie Harris when he walked off the field. What a douche bag. He will be suspended by the league and, if I was coach, he would be done on this team. Then at halftime, they unloaded again. What a horrible, pathetic display of football. Peace

I agree he has lost this team but I do not see them firing him and, even if they do, they will not bring in a top level coach (Cowher, Holmgren, etc). It's all about the Benjamins and they will end up hiring another coordinator (e.g. Rivera). Peace

Receivers were really having a hard time getting open when Cutler had time. About 75% of the time he was scrambling for his life or being put on his arse. The o-line sucks. Peace

I would give the o-line a D+. Their pass blocking nearly got Cutler killed. Other than that, I completely agree with you. Great game for both Manning and Roach. Manning made one of the best interceptions I have ever seen. Peace
