I agree that ultimately the coach is at fault for this, however, Hester has to want to make that play. I know they are coached on blocking because I have seen some great blocks this yr from Knox and Bennett. Hester has to want to make that play and, clearly, he didn't. Now the coach needs to hold him accountable for that. Maybe DA needs to see reps in his place until Devin understands that effort is expected on every play. Peace

I could care less if the coach of my favorite team is white, black, brown, yellow, purple, or pink. I could care less if the coach is straight, gay, or bi. I could less if the coach is man or woman. I want a coach who wins, period. Really, this is all that matters IMHO. This will be the 3rd yr since the SB and no playoffs. The team has regressed even though we have added a pro-bowl level QB. The offense has no identity. Time for Lovie and his staff to exit stage left. Peace

Wait just a second. The source of this information is Hub and he is actually saying something positive about the Bears organization. This can't be. According to several on this site, he has a huge grudge against the Bears and never, ever says anything positive about them (wheres Crackerdog when you need him)!!!! Maybe, this is just a ploy by Hub to build up the hopes of the Bears fans so they will come crashing to the ground. Then the fans turn on the team completely when Lovie is retained and the team's fall from grace will be complete. My conclusion - Hub is a pure evil!!!!!! Peace

I'm saying trade him because he is the same player as Johnny Knox. Both are slot receivers. Get what value you can and upgrade the o-line. Peace

Was on the field for several reps and Cutler did not throw to him once. Cutler has been asking for him to get more playing time. Did anyone notice if he was even getting open? Peace

Trade Hester and Olsen and use the value you get to upgrade the line of scrimmage. - Hester will never be much better than he is now and, at this point, he is at best a #2 receiver. He needs to be a slot receiver and I see Knox as the exact same player who is younger with more upside as a receiver. - Olsen is an ok receiving TE (should be much better) who is a horrible blocker. I would rather get K Davis on the field more. Further, it seems Cutler zeros in on him on every play. Peace

Agreed. The clown car of coaches at Soldier Field needs to go. Pep"Zippy' Hamilton is not helping Cutler in the least. Ron Turner and his bubble screens are a joke. The defense has regressed under Lovie. I'm all on board for a change now. Peace
