  1. I'd be good to bringing back Gould. Seen NE drafted a K and a P already. They must not have many huge needs
  2. One cog in Ryan Poles draft evaluation that is a key is size and speed. He wants players that can move and have size. The RAS sure looks like something they use with selections. Will they be contenders is still a big? Still have to address a few positions but that cannot happen all in a year without draft capital and then this. I expect the Bears to be close, but not quite ready to take the North. Next year with the additional 1st, they could come away with two DE talents if the choose and complete the model. Bearstalk.com also points this out. https://bearstalk.com/2023-nfl-draft-relative-athletic-scores-ras-for-every-chicago-bears-draft-pick/8/
  3. I good with both. They are ST/depth upgrades for now. 2 years from now, they might be starters. We know injuries will happen, so they might get an opportunity like Sanborn and shine.
  4. Terrell Smith CB Min - another press man CB
  5. Ryan, this is one of my last requests. I know you have our board up for expert advice.
  6. He is depth, which is alright. He was a former early mock draft 1st rounder ?. Put him under Eberflus who is great with LB, and he might be a surprise. He was selected for a reason, maybe a Flus pick.
  7. Noah Sewel LB - a stud LB, brother is LT drafted by Lions. Had a couple injury ending seasons, but has the talent to be good. RAS not a 9 but still decent.
  8. Swift mentioned in a podcast he'd be a good pick and insurance for Kmet. More of a blocker and get down the seam, like Kmet. Kuntz is another guy who I like that is more of a move TE.
  9. I was grabbing him in rd 2d mocks. He tested poorly st the combine but that doesn't always define a player. I'd be good with him too
  10. Could be going bpa too. Scott is going to be an exciting deep threat and that tells me Velus has a lot of work to do to be more than a returner. Wypler and Olu still available and DE Habakkuk Baldonaldo Pitt still available
  11. Tyler Scott WR Cincy 5'10 175 - tracks deep balls well and has a 2nd gear. Once he gets the ball, he is out of the gates. Will fit nice with Fields talents.
  12. Seeing he is a steal and if he wasn't shadowed by Robinson, would've been picked much higher. He will be a better pro than collegiate player and has low mileage. Also can play QB if needed, might be some wildcat plays made for him
  13. Roschon Johnson RB Texas If he wasn't behind Bijan Robinson, he would have been more known. I think he will be a good back. #26 on Feldmans beast list. Has size to break tackles, patients and vision to find the gap and quicker than expected to get through. 6' 219, so the Bears can keep pounding the ball if needed. Also a vocal leader and good culture guy. Reminds me of Montgomery.
  14. Poles said both Dexter and Pickens will be 1T and 3T, they will play both and be interchangeable. He wants big, long, and fast guys on the line....maybe why AA wasn't selected
  15. You got you wish, moved down to 13th pick in round 4 and gained 5th round from Saints
  16. The Bears traded down and got back a 5th
  17. I think with the best available, bring in the NW kid. Not sure what it is, but there must be dirt on him for him still available. I had him as a 2nd rounder. Take him with that first pick unless there are future 3rd involved.
  18. Let the Northwestern kid Adetomiwa Adebawore play DE. He has a high RAS. Might lack the length but has strength and speed and can slide over to 3T. I think he'd be a steal round 4
  19. My Day 3 wishlist DE-Ade Adebawore NW DE- Habakkuk Baldonado PItt C Luke Wypler OSU C- Stromberg -scratch him, taken by Was TE Zack Kuntz Old Dom RB- Chase Brown UI WR AT Perry WF
  20. I thought Dexter would be the 3T too, which he can since he has the motor to wreck havoc. But he will be slotted to work at the 1T and learn from Billings. Dexter and Pickens will grow into a nice tandem with their size and burst.
  21. Eagles going to win this draft, but the Bears are a close 2nd. Jalen Carter DT Nolan Smith Edge Tyler Steen OT Sydney Brown D
  22. The Bears are rebuilding the right way. The interior D-line has two solid pieces that will be contributing right away. I expect the Bears to shuffle around tomorrow as that 4th round pick holds high value.
  23. I'd love to see them get the DE from Louisville Yaya Diaby to put a seal on the D and then get a Center like Wypler or Stromberg.
  24. Zacc Pickens with another great RAS score. Seeing a trend two years straight. Poles is getting the trenches addressed.
