  1. Media has hated him since day 1 and because he doesn't give a damn about them. And we all know in this country if u dont kiss the medias ass then they go out of there way to ruin you. Just straight facts unfortunately
  2. My problem is I have no trust in the media at all. They have been spinning everything to make jay look like a criminal since he arrived and have wanted to run him out of town. Therefore I have no confidence that this could be a good thing. All its gonna take is 1 bad pass in scrimmage and they will immediately start the cut jay bandwagon again
  3. Wow is all I can say. His 1st step quickness reminds me of a young Tommie Harris. Ability to make himself small to squeeze between guard andcenter and aawesome. Saw him using straight speed, bull rush and that swim move is pure poetry. I love that his motor is 100% full bore and never gives up and plays. And it seemed as though he was a brick wall. Just wow. If we stick with 4-3 I like him. Thx for sharing. I will rely on u guys for the draft as I didn't watch much college this yr
  4. Its interesting that Joe d was also on that staff
  5. However in that play dude was never even touched. Absolutely no excuse for that. He might be the fastest man out of the blocks and he should at least be touched. He might be great but I won't judge him based on that 1 play where oline screwed the ball carrier. Just like I won't deem clowney all world for blowing up the Ball carrier in the bowl game last yr. This is my only point
  6. I love that you went so heavy at the biggest needs for us but if we trade down 16 spots with SF I want at least there 2nd rd(if they have 1)
  7. This us what happens when a guy goes unblocked. Though credit him for tackling both possible ball carriers. That shows instincts and a real feel for the game I think
  8. Because not all behind the scenes stuff is great for casual fans. Somethings that go on behind the scenes would scare the living shit out of some.
  9. Media already hates jay as it is. What do you think happens when they have that much access to him. That could get really ugly. Plus unlike some I don't feel the need to see everything that goes on behind the scenes.
  10. I thought I heard GB didn't have anyone make it.
  11. I understand what your saying but have a hard time getting the defense fixed to the point I could take a TE in the 3rd. Maybe in 5th or 6th
  12. Count me completely against it. I want no part of it at all
  13. Yeah I 2nd that thought. I took someone super late thinking for that purppse and he was a bust
  14. Compare him to Angelo and he already looks light years ahead. Angelo never had a non specialist rookie make the pro bowl.
  15. I agree. 2 yrs in a row now. He was a great pick up for JA.
  16. The more and more I think about it I don't see us switching to a 3-4. Call it a gut feeling
  17. Blame of LBs being put in wrong places and no one improving. I'm sorry but isn't that why trestman let the LB coach walk as that is there sole responsibility. I would have let Tucker walk because he is responsible for a game plan that changes as need be. Although I disagree with the decision I can understand it and willing to give him a 2nd yr
  18. The difference this time man is that tucker has at least done good things and shown he can competent. I wanted him fired but I can totally understand keeping him provided he's given the reins to run his style of D instead of lovies D. I find it difficult to fire him considering our dline was blown up right away this yr due to injuries so he never even had a fighting chance considering we all know that in order for that D to succeed it relies on consistent pressure created by the front 4. Hard to do that when your relying on PS type guys or guys. Signed mid season
  19. I'm hoping for a more aggressive hybrid scheme
  20. I do expect BM to get extension here soon but we can't even negotiate with alshon til after yr 3 due to the CBA
  21. I'm not sure if pft is correct or not. Haven't seen anyone else say what they are reporting. $22.5 in yr 1 is tough to swallow but as a whole I like the deal. He got PD right in line with the other 2nd tier guys. I really like that after the 3 yrs its a pay as you go and if what they are reporting is true then the cap hits for yr 4, and 5 are quite reasonable. I look at this as more of a 5 yr deal. If he hits yrs 6 and 7 then its safe to assume he will have done something pretty damn good. I love that part of $$ is tied to his health and him participating in off season workouts. But like most I am ecstatic that we have already resigned 5 guys before the playoffs have even begun. This FO definitely doesn't freak around and I totally trust cliff stein when it comes to cap mgmt. From the presser I do think a new DC will be brought in. I found ur quite interesting that they said they are still evaluating coaches and that they haven't spoken to tucker since game
  22. I caught the presser and they talked about wanting to bring back Garza. But never said anything about anyone moving positions on the line. Those tweets seem out of left field
  23. I found it quite refreshing that they will possibly attempt that move while also calling him out in a way. Hopefully this sets a fire under his ass
  24. Since he is basically gtd a roster spot due to cap hit I think that's best. I did find it very telling that they basically called him out
  25. That would be hilarious. I can't remember last time a person was fired as a gm and was able to get a gm job somewhere else.
