#10 Pick Prediction
Same. Hopefully he exceeds his projection at tackle. Braxton is clearly on the hot seat. My expectation is that Braxton won't go down without a fight. These are good times...

THE BEAST of an off-season
This has definitely been a beast of an off season. We are champions for the three peat. Jokes aside, I love what Poles and company have done. Getting the staff in place exceeded my expectations. The five trench players acquired before the draft are all upgraded starters. The draft fell awkwardly to us, but Poles found several future starters and special teamers. We became much stronger in the trenches and faster at the skills. And we are still in solid cap space. Very solid job. We talked about blue chip players in the past. If Caleb, Rome and Coleston emerge, I believe the team will be at 13 and rising.

Yup! Good catch. Less mileage. Faster, taller and better in and out of cuts. Lastly, better RAC. I'll give Warren the size and physicality.

RD7. Pick233. Kyle Monangai
Rule one of football: low man wins!

Bears select Luther Burden (WR) at Pick #39
Leaving OL out of the equation, they have three mismatch players on offense and we have one.

Bears select Luther Burden (WR) at Pick #39
False. We don't have a Gibbs or Williams. What we have extra isn't that scary.

Is Poles becoming Pace?
It sounds like you're agreeing and misunderstanding my post at the same time.

Is Poles becoming Pace?
I believe Loveland is a day one starter. The only place we all agreed we needed a day one starter upgrade was at OT. The big three got snatched. I don't see any other starter that we could displace. When we get to this point of depth, it is a good sign. No Pace here.

Bears select Zah Frazier, CB at #169.
Possible free safety...

Best Available Day 2
Gotta get EDGE. I'm thinking Emmanwori and Landon Jackson. RB in the 4th or they'll be a bunch of backs available after the draft. Gotta get a fatty for depth with Billings. Zack Pickens is 6'4", maybe he can add more beef and help there.

Bears Select TE Colston Loveland at #10
I think Johnson eluded to Kmet's role, a couple weeks ago, when he said he needed to be a better run blocker. Hopefully, Cole embraces the suck and remains a leader.

Bears Select TE Colston Loveland at #10
We got a TE with wiggle that Kmet never had. This draft set up as bad as it possible could have. Not happy with Poles false arrogance...

Beef, Jeanty or Warren, in order of wish list. Beef selection doesn't matter...

Interesting report - Bears move up for Jeanty
Sounds to me, that Poles is trying to manufacturer chaos.

#10 Pick Prediction
The worst rated OT in the NFL got a 4/84mil contract this year. I'm banking on Jones having a really good year. Fifteen pounds, strength training and good coaching will do him wonders.

Interesting report - Bears move up for Jeanty
I'm a huge Jeanty fan. That being said, if we give up that much for him I would be beyond shitty.

#10 Pick Prediction
I get what you are saying with this. It's kinda like when the KC exec had Mahommes stuck in his head, because he saw IT, and was hammering Reid to watch the tape. Reid watched the tape and also saw IT. A consensus was formed and a plan was made. I'm glad you see IT with Banks. I like him too and would not bitch if we drafted him. At our pick, if Campbell is there, I think we pick him over Banks. If we luck out and one of the five, special players, fall to us; I'm officially picking Jeanty or Warren at ten. Jeanty is generational. Warren is a bigger version of Brock Bowers. That's where I see IT, but someone else may completely disagree. ANYONE, can see IT. They can be right out maybe I luck out.

The Banks vs Campbell debate is real. They both have really good and somewhat bad film, against great competition. Membou is an upside dilemma of another sort. The solid appraoch says draft the trenches. At ten, I'm not sure the guy will equal the value of one of the top six that will hopefully fall.

#10 Pick Prediction
This sums up a lot. People see things in different ways. The how, what and why of a football player is not a science. It's an educated feel. Back to seeing things differently. Rinse and repeat. I have this unshakeable vibe on Ashton Jeanty and it makes no sense for what my philosophy is. The human element can never be validated...
