After this, I had read what I wrote again. I can see how you took it wrong. The intention was to show that a fired NFL coach is not affected as deeply as a career factory worker, due to how much money they make. It's just a softer landing. And in that profession certain protocol is required, upon exit, if future employment is desired. Side note: I don't look down upon anyone that works any job to feed their family. I am a retired/disabled factory worker. Being on my feet for thirty years, on a concrete floor, landed me with 7 ruptured discs and inflammation in my blood stream. So, I get it.

If I'm a coach, I want to perform the exit interviews out of loyalty to the players and the two years of work I just put in. Firing Flus is not like firing a guy that's had factory job for twenty years. Being a highly paid professional comes with a responsibility and privilege that must can't comprehend. So, the answer to your question is hell yes. Moving on to delayed firing of coaches, the Titans just fired Vrabel after he gave his interviews. I don't want to start the Harbaugh rumors, but maybe they are waiting for him, before they decide on Flus. If Flus were a sure thing, Poles would have made that clear by now.

That's hilarious!

Hate it! ? Haha, I like it...

Well snap! That's the big one...?

Auto spell got you. When you run spell check, they are real but incorrect words.

I really like this one. It's proving to be good therapy. I traded with NE for their first four picks and next year's number one. Since I like four QBs in this draft, getting my favorite at 3 is cool. Then another trade and got the best 3tech in the draft. Then another trade where I had to give up next year's 1 and 2 to get the 18 pick. Remember, we still have NE and Carolina 1 and 2 respectively. Everything else was straight down the line. The decision was difficult as I could have taken edge on the first to but I keep hearing Lance Briggs saying we need a 3tech the most. Dexter gets asked to hit the weight room and buffet line to put on weight and become a dominant 1tech. This draft was preceded by making a splash in free agency with the signing of Tee Higgins, Danielle Hunter and Connor Williams. Extensions were offered to Johnson, Jenkins and Billings.

From Poles presser, it sounds like Flus will be back, even though he didn't say. I really want Getsy gone. A new name to consider is Arthur Smith. He got a HC gig based on his work as the Titans OC. He made Ryan Tannehill and Jonnu Smith stars and led an upset of the Ravens in the playoffs. Chico for DC. That would give the bears tremendous experience on both sides of the ball.

I had that thought a few weeks ago and called in to the Carmen and Jurko show to ask their thoughts. While Jurko is not the gospel, he said it would polarize the locker room and fan base. Another thought, could we turn Justin into Taysom Hill? Would Justin accept it? Anyway, getting a second rounder for Justin sounds like the cleanest cut. Especially, if we have a new coach and OC.

I hope one and two are tomorrow, but you are ? on three. See

Boom, boom and boom!

I was actually thinking the same, but it just didn't fall that way. I'm glad this draft is deep with our needs. Two years in a row. Karma is swinging our way!

I'm more than good with Poles. The effort and execution in two games against our rival damns the heck outta Flus. We played better against better. With Mother McCaskey just turning 101, the clock is beyond ticking. I envision a house cleaning below Poles...

The worst part is that we have given Jordan Love all the confidence in the world to defeat us. Now, we'll bring in a new guy who is behind the 8 ball. Hopefully he has a bigger set than Justin does. I haven't even started drinking yet and I am so dismayed at what I witnessed in the two games verses the Packers. It's just disgusting, the effort we all just witnessed.
-
??? Please let him be guided by the spirits of the great Bears of the past.
-
He can go. He couldn't motivate a goose to shit after what just witnessed.
-
The Packers blew those opps. Our d was that was.

Man, I was just thinking the same thing. Both fronts sucked. It's almost like they were trying to fire the coaching staff and Fields. Jenkins was bloody awful today. He went back to his lazy lean instead of moving his feet ways. Edmonds blew his assignment on that key 3rd and 8. Jackson was late or non existent all game. I can't wait to see him cut. Getsy needs to thumb it home after calling those two screens on third and 15+. (And both to the left) More rant to come...

Let's gooooo! Get it done Fields. We need this win...

Dog on Love all you want fellas, he's that dude. We need better...
