I cant say I completely agree with his decisions, but got to give him credit to have balls to do what he thinks is right. The report card is on the clock.

He may end up being able to play somewhere else but they didnt think he fit in here so got rid of him. If you look at his first few years in the NFL, he deserved to be gone, thats life in the fast lane.

Where the problem came in is he had money on the table, if he was cut the money would just be dead money. Now were off the hook and get something out of it. As someone said on here before, drafting pre injured players has its draw backs. We just have to look forward and hope they get it all figured out. At least they have the balls to get rid of 1st round picks it they dont think there any good, instead of keeping him a few more years and just be done with him.

This is always a bad time of the year to stay interested in football for me, draft gone, free agency almost gone, training camp hasnt started yet. Since I play a lot of fantasy football and I know people on this board better, I am not sure who everybody is in the FF money league here is. I know Adam and bowling, but who else is in that league? I am Devildogs, so who else is what teams?

I think it is just trying to fill a rotation role at DT and sometimes a fresh start puts players in a better position to play better. We still need a DT so we will see what he might have.

He is listed on the roster and depth chart as a WR, we know he isnt any good at it but you have to be listed as something. There are several players that play only STs that are listed at some position, it is splitting hairs. Your both right.

Your right , he picks the questions to answer and sure does do a lot of stupid ones.

NOW you can say a wasted pick. A 4th rounder should be more part of our plans than playing FB, when last year our weakness was at TE.

A few years ago they took on some investors to keep afloat and the investors pulled the plug.

What a putz Urlacher is, he comes out and states he would have played for Dallas this year. They werent interested in him, he just says dumb things sometimes. That is why it was always hard to endear yourself to him, great on the field but a putz with the fans and media.

Every year is different and usually new coaches dont do well there first year, but if the OLine is fixed and Cutler and Trestman click we could be in for a successful year. I would say 9-7 to 11-5 is a realistic projection. I will be more specific after training camp. I am a glass half full kind of a guy and look forward to this year.

I will always take a football player over an athlete, the trick is to get both in the same package.

Him being a HOFer on the first ballot is no slam dunk. I do think he make it the second time.

The Bears signed Maurice Jones a CB, kind find much about him, but is a rookie, UDFA player. They did this after Dropping Andre Fluellen/DT back to the old drawing board with the DT position.
