So this is just your opinion, or how long have you been a pro scout? Could you give me your list of blue chips , so in a few years I can praise you or condemn you.

All we have is our opinions , I gave mine a as you did , only there career will state who is right not Walters football.

Every time we have high expectations with this team, they seem to fall, when we dont think much about them , they suprize us. Every year is different, and I hope they do well, but a lot of things have to fall in place for that to happen.

So what do you base that on? Your an Iowa fan? I dont think that makes him better than he is. He will make a team but we need to shoot higher than McNutt if we expect to be better this year. My call would be Bowe, Jackson, or Colston in FAgency and then add Toon in the 2nd round(he will be a much better pro than McNutt) and even add a 2nd level player in FAgency like Laurent Robinson, or Eddie Royal. I think we need to add 3 WRs and another TE.

I totally agree with you on that. If we get a #1 in FAgency then picking him up would be ok, but some people think he is better than he is. May be with our 4 th round pick, he would be a good valve, but we have to many average WRs we need better prospects than McNutt.

I actually wouldnt have a problem with Konz , I have read he is a blue chip player, I also think Toon will be drafted before McNutt. Green will be drafted earlier than the 5th round. I like the players you picked just dont see them in the rounds you grabbed them.

Good call, giving him time to get healthy with Webb in place. He is a beast when healthy.

Can some one let me know what the cap space. Everybody says we have a lot, but from what I read it is 20 mil and you take out Forte and 5 mil for rookies I see 7 mil left over, doesn't seem like enough to do our business.

One of the threads I read before stated we have 50 mil to spend, from what I read its around 20 mi. and we have to sign Forte, so that means we will only have enough for one stud (wr or what ever we decide) and the rest will be low impact signing. So one big time FA and hopefully the first 4 draft can contribute and thats all we will have to work with.

I would be cool with that,but prefer Toon instead.

We all have opinions, and all we can do is read other peoples comments. There will only be a handful of rookies that will have an impact next year, emery needs to figure that out, hopefully he can . We know our needs , we just don't know who those impact players are, so we play fantasy football with our team, and I just love this time of the year.

I totally agree with your choices. Davis would be beast with Cutler, since I believe we can get these two f agents. Then Adams is a logical choice. He looked so good at sen. Bowl he may not berhere when we pick.

that would be a good pick. I think that if OL and WR are not to our liking, a high rated DE would be our choice. A DE makes the dbs better, so would go WR, OL then a cb.

He is the 8th rated WR and would be nice to add if we pick up a stud in FA but we need to shoot for one of the top three WRs in the draft at 19.
