  1. Conversation between Lovie Smith and the ref when reviewing Hest's fumble. Lovie: "Have you tried the Big Carl yet? It's way better than the Big Mac." Ref: "I don't think this is going to be overturned its quite obvious it was a fumble." Lovie: "It's ok I just like the way the color red looks on a field of grass." Ref: "Isn't there anyone talking to you in that huge headset?" Lovie:"No man, Marvin Gaye all day baby."
  2. I read on another board someone sayings that we the need the Lovie Smith Circa 2004-2006 Lovie Smith post Super Bowl has been horrid.
  3. thats the thing though....i think we all want to clean house...
  4. Which is why I would say it starts up top... Do they just not notice how much Frank Omiyale sucks or has lovie become his friend?
  5. Totally agree... Its amazing the pass this guy gets for not ever winning anything in his career. almost 2 ints/game is not acceptable. At this point the donks were the winners of the trade plain and simple.
  6. Yea I am not trying to take anything away from Kyle...I am just saying that maybe lack of a superstar QB wasn't our main problem on offense....I still like having Cutler on our side...
  7. Orton is looking like a totally different person...ok maybe that injury last year really messed him up, but I am going to place the blame on turner.
  8. When a network has commentators by the likes of Steve Phillips, Stephen A. Smith, and Trent Dilfer you cannot take them seriously.
  9. (E)astern (S)eaboard (P)ropaganda (N)etwork
  10. from what I read on it, it stems from an injury he suffered in high school. I tore my ACL back in high school. There is scar tissue in there from the surgery and my knee cap sometimes gets caught on it and dislocated. I'll spend the next month or two with a bum knee. I think with stafford it's a lot less of a problem, supposedly he dislocated his knee in high school and once you do it you are more susceptible to do it again. EDIT: Cracker I love your sig but honestly if i am reading talkbears at work I have to make sure no one is around...
  11. the refs were absolutely atrocious in that game...
  12. Yea he has been out of the league a few years but I guess he had some great workouts for Andy Reid...wonder if he was ever a thought
  13. wow i didn't realize basically our entire D is banged up
  14. how about including in that letter that they need to install field turf
  15. I had an old boss that named his little girl Payton...
  16. Ask Ron Turner.... "Oh GEE WHIZ i got myself a new quarterback with an arm...lets see what's he's got and forget about what Bears football is."
  17. It all comes down to the team we played...The Pack came out with a lot better game plan then we did...I was yelling all first half "RUN THE DAMN BALL" One of my bronco fan friends that was watching with me agreed that Cutler is just so much better when there is an established running game...he starts trying to force things when he thinks the whole game is on his shoulders.... I blame this one on Ron Turner...he didn't seem to have a plan until the 2nd half... but thank god we got 15 more games to redeem that crap we watched last night...what a test it will be on Sunday.
  18. i dont understand why this is not done...there has to be something that we are not hearing
  19. it ricocheted so it's the floors fault...
  20. That's the thing though...any court in any state couldn't take into account that he shot himself...so you have to throw that out of the picture I'll agree 2 years may seem like a bit much but he was the one that accepted the plea
