  1. anyone have a link to watch the game online? I am at work....boourns
  2. for the love of god Angelo, please start addressing the OL. that is all...
  3. For me at least my anger against Cutler right now is how he carried himself when he was out...from the coverage we saw there was no buddy buddy aspect with his other QBs...he sat there like there wasnt a team on the field...i am just glad he smiled when Caleb got that first TD...I defend him when the media walks all over him for being a douche...but when it seems like he is acctualy being a douche on gameday it bothers me..
  4. agreed, if in the next few days i hear he tore some ligament in his knee then i'll get it...but if it was just a sore knee you get your a** out there and play...this is football, you see players break legs and ligaments and beg to get back on the field in a regular season game..the biggest game of his life and he sits quietly on the sidelines not helping his back ups with a jacket on his back...
  5. Let it play out but i agree it was hanging it up...this is football...Caleb Hanie showed the heart of a true QB...Jay looked like he could give a piss about the biggest game in his career. you stand you play, there was no talk about the coaches benching him and Lovie said that he was "banged up." He lost at least 3/4 of the Bears fans today including me...You'd want the guy still pumped up when he's out trying to educate his backups but no he sat there silent doing nothing..was it all his fault today...no...did he give up...yes
  6. Dom Capers noticed...Martz and Tice will bring a superior game plan.
  7. There is still going to be that old school way of thinking but i see no problem wearing a hat indoors, outdoors, wherever the hell i want. Yes I believe it should be taken off during the anthem but why does it matter in most other situations... And why does this apply to only men? I guess it was just something that Americans conjured up in the past...Like how some asians cultures believe wearing shoes inside is a sign of disrespect.
  8. that crowd will be louder than it ever has been before...i am confident in the 12th man shaking things up a bit.
  9. With maybe an exception to the Steelers you have to say we are almost tops in the experience department at the playoff level. The vets from 2006, Martz with the greatest show on turf, etc...I feel good with the way things are working out.
  10. take it from a guy in the thick of it...Denver is still fine with the trade...the perception here is that he is a "whiner" and they don't want that type of guy...i guess mostly Denver fans are looking for someone to replace the spot in their hearts vacated by Elway when he left the game. I wore my old bears sweater to work today (retail) and most people had the "I hate that guy" attitude or responses and they want him to fail. They understand that he is still a pretty good quarterback but they are fine looking to the future because most think tebow is going to be a god. The last two years here with McDaniels has caused a lot more issues that have them looking past the trade....the trade was pretty much what started the dominos falling. I have to say though, this is a Broncos town...they are great football fans and for the most part respectable people. I guess if that all went down with my future franchise QB would have some sour grapes too.

    New Poll

I think your sediments are probably what 99.999% of Bears fans feel.
  12. I don't know if this is exactly a prevent defense but I will call it the Lovie prevent...WTF
  13. Why let up if your gonna have the starters out there....

  15. Haven't we learned anything from Back to the Future....
  16. So with the seahawks win we await the winner of the GB Philly game. Both teams we faced in the regular season with a win against the higher seeded team. I am torn at who I would rather see in Chicago.
  17. I was there and it was stupendous.
  18. How about not even challenging the spot on the reception that was clearly past the line, but then using the last timeout anyway.
  19. what's c Williams status? And what are the chances after this game Angelo tries to do something
  20. after 4 games it's easy to see if we had a NFL calibur oline we acctually would be a force.
  21. yep, you nailed it... the end of the 2nd quarter til 2 minutes left in the 4th this team looked pretty good...
  22. when a team is putting up 400 yards offense and scores only 19 points...it's on the coaching staff... not to mention starting from the 35+ yardline most of the game
  23. yes. Grizzly, we all love this team, we're all happy that we actually got the W....but it was like watching a high school team (mostly coaching wise) today...Coaching is a lot bigger part of this game than I think you give it credit for.....sure blame the player for the fumble, i mean come on it was the individual who dropped it...but when you have numerous players not protecting the ball that tells you the coaching staff is lackadaisical...optimism is great, and I am still optimistic about this season but there is a reason why there are some teams year in and year out that can develop players into talented ones... If Lovie could adapt to different situations he may be a decent coach, but he refuses to admit that his schemes/decisions/thought process is wrong and needs tweaking...the teams that win super bowls are the teams that have a coach that can analyze a situation and adapt to it DURING the game. Lovie CAN NOT and WILL NOT even try to do this.
  24. The passing D looked great from the end of the 1st half to that last Lions drive in the 4th...getting pressure and doing what the cover 2 is supposed to do...then he decides to change it up, stop pressing the WRs and give up 60 yards in 30 seconds...Lovie is a horrible horrible person to have running a defense let alone team.
