Two seeks ago I would of be all in on the niners. At this point in time I thinks it's a toss up. Get a few WR's back and a whole other story.
  2. I have NFL ticket and saw nothing mentioned. Tried the free seven day trail on NFL+. The feed I got was live but sucked. No rewind, pause etc. Watched again today on NFL. Great first half. I am now ready for Sunday ticket.

I think Jenkins still believes he a tackle. But he knows he's not getting that with the Bears at this time. I don't want to trade him, now.. Let him play guard for a year and then see where he's at. I don't think he will be less of an asset next year. Suck it up, kick ass and you could be the jewel in a trade etc. Or be an anchor on a bears line for years?

I have much more faith in our OL now ;hen at this time last year. Peters was only here for a week. Now it looks like we know our five starters and they will of played together a few plays. Young, inexperienced, but looking like a lot better ceiling going forward.
  5. I understand the injury concerns but this OLine needs a lot of time together in the final version. I think they need to just play Jones-Whitehair-Mustafer (untill Patricks comes back)-Jenkis-Reif or Broom. At least a half in each of the last two games

"Interesting that SF schooled Pace, the drafted Solomon Thomas instead of Mahomes, Watson, McCaffrey, and Jamal Adams." Sometimes the schooler gets schooled also. Such a rich draft to come away with two picks in the first three that seem to be going nowhere. .

No way to judge the starters... Missing so many. But I have to say I like watching the 3rd and 4th string guys. Fighting . I believe it will be the same as we go along for everyone.
  8. The way Poles sounded in his last presser and the way they now have him back in practice I feel like they have given him his best and final offer. Balls in his court so to say.
  9. Not the most excited presser. Seems like he has a price and if Rog. does not see it that way then deal with it I guess. They control his next three years if they want to.
  10. We have no choice but to ride out this year and next to see where this is headed. I can't fault Poles for the things he's done because we have yet to see any product on the field yet. He does seem to at least put together a serviceable OF line starting with just a few beans before the draft. We will see and I hope for the best of course. But I'm to far from the light at the end of the tunnel yet.

Talk about a coaching staff that might be letting their press feed too much in their head. I don't know anymore. Patricia calling off plays?

Never played OFline but try doing a kettel ball workout correctly and you will find out what that means. Stick you ass against a wall and try with just your core.

The Bears win total is 6.5 — over or under? Under. They’re not better than the Packers, 49ers, Bills, Eagles, Patriots, Cowboys, Dolphins or Vikings. That’s 10 losses right there — and they can’t run the table against the rest of their slate. OK, so they win maybe one or two of those games but can also lose the same with the others. I don't expect the over. One would hope they will be better than last year but they have undergone the leagues biggest turn over of personal then almost every team in the NFL.

Maybe but K White never had an injury problem in college and if I remember most of his were not muscle or tissue. Most were broken bones and such?

Is it about time to say he's not going to meet expectations \?

Is this dejavu. Last year we had no Idea who our Of line would b at the start of training camp.. When they should be cementing the starting five and getting a whole camp of cohesion they are still trying four rookies a 2nd year 5th and sixth round players and 7th round pick.. And a second year of their 2nd round pick not playing. Running a bunch of others in different formations. So they will wait till preseason to even try and set an OF line. At some point sooner rather than later, pick 5 and some backups and deal with injuries as they happen. Isn't cohesion on the OF line more important then the parts? Why is a guy named pig still on the roster let alone getting any reps with any line? The next two years are going to be nothing more than an audition for 24-25. After 60 years of Bear fandom I am again pessimistic and broken. Now they will get a good OF line and make sound like an idiot. Not last year though.

What he said. And I also don't see this team becoming a a contender going forward in any thing. They have a ton of players on prove it deals. And a lot of rookies who are suppose to be difference makers next year. If thats the percent of the players they have on this team now I don't think there is anyway they do much more in 23. Maybe 2024
  20. While I hope both are a good signing. I also think it shows how much faith they have in the players they drafter last year and this year going forward. Does Jenkins even make the team?

For just a hundred grand on a bottom feeding team, really?
  22. Bill replied to Stinger226's topic in Bearstalk
Give him his money. A hundred grand is tip change for NFL teams

Gees Peters and Hicks could be brothers.

My wife and I love Rots. When we started dating she had a massive Rot called tank. He could of been in the dictionary under tank.. The gentlest dog and most loving I have ever seen. Oh I was a mailman and the first time I saw him he was wagging his little tail at the door like I was a long lost friend. Kinda scared me at first.
