Possibly an earth (Howard), wind (Langford), and fire (Carey) RB trio next year? Sounds good to me.
I remember the year the Giants went with a trio like that when they had Jacobs, Bradshaw, and Derrick Ward.
We really need to sign Brian Hoyer. No QB worth drafting now, IMO.
At some point, though, the Bears need to use a 1st or 2nd round pick on a quarterback for the future. Cutler doesn't have many years left before his game starts to dip.
Pace is getting absolutely murdered. Missing out on Henry, Spriggs, Hackenberg and now Clark. Dumb trades.
Lets trade down again to get out of the 2nd to pick up a useless 5th rounder this time.
I don't see how they could pass up on Hunter Henry if he's there. I mean, can anybody here name the Bears #2 TE on the roster right now? When Zach Miller inevitably gets hurt again, the Bears will have no reliable TE to replace him. If this Hunter kid is suppose to be far and away the best TE in the draft, the Bears really need to seriously consider him with their second pick.
It would be awesome if Nkemdiche was still there for the Bears in round 2. They need to keep adding athletes. I also like the RB from Alabama: Would bring another dimension to the run game. More physical.
Floyd does remind you a bit of Aldon Smith because of the height, but Smith had an NFL body coming into the league. I know Floyd has put on some weight, which is good, but can he continue to bulk up and maintain it without hindering that speed?
I just have a feeling that the Bears will take Elliott. Elliott or Lawson are the two I can see being in a Bears uniform the most. I don't really have a guy in this draft. I hope the Bears stick with taking the best player available, whoever that is.
