We would be talking about a double re-tread QB being worth a first round pick. The NFL has not seen that yet. The only way I see him worth a first is if he performs well. Expand If Wentz does well enough for someone to want to trade for him, they would just keep him. If they have to give up a +1 for him , if he does bad, they would be lucky to get a 3rd pick back.
