He can be traded or cut at any time with no penalty, no matter what happens. You are entering uncharted waters with that thought. We would be talking about a double re-tread QB being worth a first round pick. The NFL has not seen that yet. The only way I see him worth a first is if he performs well. If Wentz does well enough for someone to want to trade for him, they would just keep him. If they have to give up a +1 for him , if he does bad, they would be lucky to get a 3rd pick back.
