Claypool a healthy scratch, ESB playing on his birthday. Bears by 20!

The Bears have not won a game since they traded for Claypool, coincidence or not? If they win today without him, they need to look for a trading partner and get that toxic guy out of the locker room.

So this guy was clueless last year, was doing fashion shows in the offseason, actually looked solid in practices, then had one of the weakest games you will ever see in Week 1, followed it up with a TD in TB, then disappeared again in KC. This dude has god gifted physical traits to dominate as a WR in the NFL, yet he plays soooo weak. It's time to cut sling and move on from this clown.

Rumor is that Claypool is out because he popped off earlier this week about not being used enough/correctly. I’m done with him.  A few weeks back Fields questioned why ESB wasn’t being used more but that he didn’t make those calls.  Maybe this will be better after all?

And a few more notables for inactive.  Peterman and Jaylon Johnson among them.

The first couple plays looked good, then the O-Line whiffed on back to back plays.  On 4th and 2, at midfield, Flus punts......

Then of course the Broncos move the ball and get gifted a 15 yard penalty on a phantom call against Sanborn.

Broncos 7-0, just blow this crap up, Edmunds missing tackles, Edwards crappy in coverage, unbelievable. This entire team outside of 3-4 players suck ass.

Justin looked good BUT on one play he called an audible I think into the teeth of a blitz.  Didn’t see what the pre-lineup was.  Otherwise Justin looked solid.

Wow the Bears had a call go their way, a nice pass from Fields to Moore, who toe taps the air but they called it a TD on the field, so it was hard to overrule.

Fields is 7-7, 93 yds, 1 TD in the first 16 minutes.

CAR up 7-0 on MIN on a Cousins Pick-6.

Mims fumbles the kickoff, gets crushed at the 4 yd line. Broncos can't move the ball, Stroman makes a great open field tackle on a screen to force 4th down. Short Punt, Bears start in Broncos territory. This is where the Bears have to capitalize, 7 pts is needed here. Take advantage of the field position when you have it.

Good series from the D, fingers crossed we can get a lead. So far Fields looks better today.

Nice to get a break it’s unusual for the Bears, we nearly always get stiffed.

Wow, this is insane, another TD pass, now to Cole Kmet up the seam for an easy TD. Fields 9-9, 139yds, 2 TDs?

Bears 14-7

What am I watching?

That many yards is higher than 3 of Fields last 5 starts going back to last year ?

Nice series especially coming back from the false start which is unusual because the O doesn’t do well being behind the chains.

Holy crap, after a huge Herbert run, Bears do a flea flicker to ESB that goes for 21 after a great catch! Wow.

Is it better play calling or a terrible defense? Hopefully a bit of both. Fields looks significantly better today and getting him outside of the pocket seems to be helping.

It's both, Bears have new motions, double motion, misdirection, called runs, flea flicker, etc. Denver's defense is bad, they seem to be missing a lot of assignments.

We should watch ? offense for new innovation. Their motion is amazing.

13-13, 209 yds, 3 TDs........

Moore with 5-98, and a TD.

The crazy part of Fields stats, all passes to WRs or TEs. Nothing horizontal or behind the LOS.

16-17, 231 yds, 3 TDs, 158.3 Passer Rating, insane. The first incompletion was a hail mary to end the half.

Fields 4th highest passing total of his career, in the first half, lol.

291, 285, 254, and 231. Wild.
