My daughter who is visiting from Seattle  said she noticed that play looked a lot like the TD OT pass to Moore last week.

The Umpire who appeared to talk the Referee out of it. Both were accelerated through the officiating ranks very quickly. The Referee, Alex Moore, is overly confident and it causes mistakes.
