In the ‘because we have to wait 11 more days before the season starts, why not’ category; Zavion apparently swapped from 81 to 13. And in case you care to know; Kaden Davis swapped to Davis' old number (81), Clark Phillips is now #20, Xavior Woods 32 and Scotty Miller went with 82.

Booker returned to practice today. A good sign that he may be ready by week one.

I seen Monangai returned this week as well. Need a healthy running game all year.

Swift and Odunze apparently left practice early today with injuries.

Swift was holding his side, and left with trainers, for Odunze it was his right leg, and he wanted to stay in bu tthe trainers took him out, so he's probably fine?

No word on how serious Swift is yet, so I wouldnt jump to any conclusions just yet either.

According to Bearswire.usatoday

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Swift, who appeared in "significant discomfort" at the end of practice, suffered a "cramp," which is encouraging considering the Week 1 opener against the Carolina Panthers is just over a week away.

Great news!

yes! just a cramp, and Odunze seems fine too.

Cant wait for the season to start already.

It’s time for a few days off so their bodies can recharge. So many things improved over last year heading into week one that there really is no comparison.

I was surprised when Dennis Allen said Street was our most consistent DT through camp. I don’t think Allen is stretching the truth here. That also means they were able to flip 3rd DT Dexter for CB depth at a position of need plus a pick. they hid Street well and covered up Dexter’s deficiencies. Don't misconstrue that to mean Street is going to be great. I think he’ll just be the same productive player he’s been. Not as many peaks as Dexter but less valleys.

Fingers crossed neither injury is serious. Good to see Booker back. I hadn’t read anywhere that Monagai is back but saw it here - is he really back? I thought he was still week to week.

I am not sure what I must have heard, but not seeing that he has practiced. Maybe it was a siting at camp that was reported on the air?
