Hey, I have recently uploaded my highlight tape of my senior year in football onto youtube and I wanted to post it here. I just want to here what all the amateur scouts here think of it. I hope you don't mind me posting it in this section, but this is where all the trafic is... I recommed going to the youtube link to view it, but you don't have to. It's just that the video is bigger and easy to spot me at youtube. Also, make sure you hit the HQ button at the bottom right, as it does make a big difference. EDIT: For some reason I can't get the video to post on here, so you have to go to the link, sorry.

So far, according to either the Times or NFL.com, the Bears have had/will have private workouts with Phil Loadholt (RT, Oklahoma), Hakeem Nicks (WR, North Carolina), and Eben Britton (RT, Arizona). They also really like Herman Johnson (OG, LSU), along with Tampa and San Diego. Just wanted your guys' thoughts on this.

I've heard that in Chicago there is a growing consensus that Urlacher hasn't exactly been overly excited about the move. Apparently on WSCR, Urlacher has been getting blasted for comments he made today. I've heard the comments he made on ESPN Radio and he definately didn't sound overly optmistic but he also didn't sound negative. Does anyone think this is going to be an issue? I know I've been pretty open on the fact that I'm 1000% behind Cutler. I'd give him a 100M extension right now if I had to. The guy is badass, I wanted him in the draft that year and I love his gunslinging attitude, overall abilities and his stats (including how freaking good he's been in…

Just glad it's over. I do wonder if the league will appeal. This is, however, a real indictment of the arbitrary nature of Goodell's rulings. I believe Brady was guilty as sin but if the NFL can't convince a judge to take their side, when the Commissioner is supposed to have discretion in these matters, it speaks volumes about how shitty a job he's doing.

On offense, Langford and Mariani have both made impact plays. No sacks so far for the o-line. On defense, Foster, Houston, Washington, Mitchell, and Jonathan Anderson have all been making plays in the first half.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/tom-brady-mak...-032756207.html First 4 games comparison: 2007 (during the deflate gate time span ) = 1,118 13TD's, 2 INT 2015 (12.5 psi balls being used) = 1,387, 11 TD's, 0 INT's Yes, screwing with the pressure of the ball is completely wrong. Not debating that, but what I said over and over when this happened was that Tom Brady will do what Tom Brady has always done with a 12.5 psi ball or a 11.5 psi ball or a 13.5 psi. The PSI of a ball doesn't matter, Tom Brady is one of the best if not thee best to ever play the game.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...1012-story.html So, where does the team stand? When you have players like Porter and Cutler (yes I said Cutler) who can somehow play "hurt" with a bad hammy...this continues with AJ? I know he needs to be near 100% to be really effective but c'mon! Theoretically since he's not doing much now he won't have much value come 'new contract' or when other teams come sniffing.

Interesting thought... Now that the Bears are continually surprising people with lesser talent and depth, what should the Bears do in the draft? Part of me still wants to give Fangio everything. He's basically making chicken salad out of chicken shit every week. What would this guy do if the Bears got a few grade-A studs on defense? DL Sutton - Goldman - Jenkins appears to be the starting DL, and I don't think it's that terrible. They don't get a ton of pressure, but in a 3-4 that's not their primary focus. Jenkins could be gone because his contract is up. Gotta consider Ego in there as well. LBs So now the LBs. McPhee, McClellan, Jones, Acho…

Just like Peanut. Just like Urlacher. Forte wants to remain in Chicago. http://www.csnchicago.com/bears/workhorse-...-stellar-career I think this article is basically a sign that he won't be with the Bears next year.

McCaskey was on radio (today I think) and indicated based upon his discussions with Pace and Fox that they are still a ways away and this will be an extended process to rebuild the franchise from where it was and was going to take multiple more years. With that in mind, I think it makes it even more likely that you can't write-off the QB position for the Bears. It also points out why the Bears should be targeting as many potential playmakers as they could possibly find and when it comes to FA be picky that whomever you sign, either let it be a guy who is undervalued who you think has more upside than indicated or be someone young enough that fits into your longer term pl…

Pace is on fire this offseason. It is hard to think of another team that has literally addressed a major need with a solid to great player without breaking the bank with every acquisition or signing. Just look at some of the other contracts handed out. If we can now add some depth in the secondary, I think we are set going into the draft. Maybe Robinson and Bruton, and re-sign Miller. Do we really have a strong need at any other positions?

Packers cut Josh Sitton after failing to trade him With question marks around K Long's shoulder, in order to return Lawson to Center, I would not mind seeing the Bear's signing Sitton. I think he would be a valuable spot starter and depth for the OL. However, I would not be surprised if GB resigns him at a lower contract number.

I was just thinking about what the Bears should do in the draft (same thought for a month now), and the more I think about it, a trade with Cleveland makes sense. Cleveland has two 1st round picks: #1 & #9. Cleveland needs a QB. Cleveland sucks on defense as well. Cleveland has a ton of picks and can move up. If they pass on Garrett at #1, no way he's there at #9. They won't pass according to this report. But the QBs are a different story. There appears to be serious contention about which QB is the first overall. It would make a ton of sense for Cleveland to draft Garrett, then trade from #9 to #4 and take a QB, whether it's Trubisky, Kizer, or Wa…

1. Assume the QBs fly off the chart before most believe they're graded. 2. This year's crop of QBs are all questionable. 3. Bears skip QB at 3. 4. Tons of defensive talent in this draft. 5. The Bears will need a placeholder instead of Hoyer & Barkley. I present to you, Matt Schaub, ladies and gentlemen. Neither Garrapalo nor Glennon has shown production and consistency in the NFL. Schaub has. Also, Schaub won't cost an arm and a leg. To get the shot of starting - after sitting behind rookie phenom Carr, then Flacco, then Ryan - would be a huge bonus to him. Not to mention the fact he won't cost any draft picks. There is virtually no uncertai…
